First room had wet floors and a chemical odor. Room was switched out and second room was fine. Restaurant service was horrible, two waiters in a restaurant that had about 5 guests. Took the kitchen over 40 mins to cook my food. Food was OK but over priced. Should have walked down the street to the pizza place. Restaurant staff and morning front desk staff was not attentive and never smiled or made me feel like a guest. Got a survey from them and a manager reached out to understand issues.

I was really pleased with my stay at the Sheraton. My only issue is : no free wi-fi in the rooms! From this type of hotel I was honestly shocked that they wouldn't have that service. There is free wi-fi in the lobby which is something but that was my only complaint.

Rooms : Fantastic. The beds were lovely. After spending the Summer travelling across North America it had the best beds/pillows I'd experienced.

Location : Really close to the airport with regular free shuttles to all terminals! Also, across the street there are quite a few restaurants too. There was definitely a Boston Pizza and Jack Astors and maybe a Montannas too. A great thing about this hotel is that there is fairly convenient access to down town Toronto. There is a bus right outside the hotel that will take you to a tube station but this can take up to an hour... we found it better to get the airport shuttle bus to the airport then ride the rocket bus to the tube as that way you don't stop every five feet!

Was here for a meeting in one of the meeting rooms downstairs. Very impressed and LOVE the modern, contemporary decor- beautiful shiny, white tiled floors, modern bathrooms, beautiful decor in restaurant and bar. Good staff service and food in restaurant. Good coffee. There's a Starbucks open 5-11am in morning only. There's a popcorn machine right beside the check-in reception. Nice view of the airport. Really like this hotel! Would definitely stay here when back in area. Beautiful hotel. Classy! Great service staff at restaurant and in meeting rooms. Meeting rooms are also very contemporary, comfortable seats, spacious. No complaints. Impressed with decor... Left a lasting positive impression with me.

Firstly Muhammad at check in was probably the most competent, considerate reception person I've come across. And Sheraton, the respect and consideration you show to our Canadian soldiers is simply wonderful. Your service and regard is noteworthy. Other hotels could take.a page out of your book!!!

Didn't get to experience it much, got there late at night. Went up with friends, only complaint was mini fridge wasn't included without a call to the desk and an additional fee, but ice machines kept our drinks cold. Comfy beds though.

The price was good for a Toronto hotel, but it just didnt seem like it lived up to the Marriott standard. It's not that the staff weren't nice, it just seemed like they didn't have Martiott training.

Solidly decent hotel. Only spent a quick night there, but everything went well. Decent restaurant off the lobby with reasonably priced meals. Very close to the airport, so that was a huge plus for me. Clean and up to date rooms

The hotel room was very clean and had good amenities. The hotel lobby had free snacks and water. The shuttle service picked up and dropped me at the airport which was very convenient. Had a great time.

Close to Pearson airport. Great deals for one night accommodation including 8 nights parking, also included free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Always our first choice while travelling. Shuttle to Pearson less than 5 min. Fast and friendly and always on schedule.

I've stayed at quite a few four points now. Such a beautiful lobby. pool is 24 hours, which is nice. Parking is alittle odd. Room is a little smaller than expected. The breakfast had a great selection and all the staff were friendly.

Stayed here for a week for a work event. Surprisingly the walk to the airport alot closer than you would imagine from arrivals on Pearson. Would recommend walking over then waiting for the bus. It's a 10 min walk from post 2. Room was clean and taken care of. Wifi is fast during non-peak hours.

Had a nice, short stay for a work trip. Room was modern and comfortable with great amenities. The highlight of my experience here was the buffet-style breakfast service, of course. Lots of great options to meet your morning meal preference. Hope to be back.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Free airport shuttle. Really enjoyed my lunch in the restaurant, but was disappointed that they were out of 3 of the 5 draft beers on tap (since they had "Best Brew local craft beer" signs prominently displayed around the restaurant). Hopefully a one-off issue. Would stay again.

Love the new renovations to the hotel. It has made it look very modern and clean. Wish the pillows were a bit fuller as you would just sink in. Nice breakfast spread and good selection of beers on tap.

Attended meetings here for a whole day. They served the same pot of coffee all day. No one refreshed anything. Had lunch in the dining room and was disturbed to find everything had a hint of Curry in it. Don't get me wrong. I like a good curry but I do not want it on everything I eat.
A side note whoever decorat3d the main lobby area must have been blind. You need sunglasses it is so disturbingly white and bright.

Room is nice, staff is courteous.
But there is no sound proofing, people having normal conversation, while walking by my front door, and i can hear everything, but most of the time they are way too loud and it disturbs my rest and sleep.

We did a layover here overnight. Rooms and hotel well presented, staff attentive and keen to help. Shuttle bus leaves at the top and bottom of the hour, but the hotel is literally in walking distance of the airport if you don't have many bags. Highly recommended for a cheap overnight hotel stay

Worst service I have ever had. I travel all over the world and will never stay at this hotel again. I spent 40 minutes on the phone booking my room. The guy took all my information. I waited another 15 min on hold just to get hung up on. I went to my hotel since I was only waiting for my confirmation number when I was hung up on. NO reservation. However, they did charge my credit card and now their telling me up to 48 hours to get my money back. People, make damn sure you know what your booking.

This hotel offered a quite decent experience for me. The rooms are in pretty good shape, and the amenities are up to the standard I expect. What is particularly nice is that the room rates are quite reasonable indeed. Join the SPG program and meals at the restaurant get a 15% discount.

This is a decent airport hotel. Its a 10 minute walk from the arrivals level of terminal 3. If you are flying into terminal one you can take the train over to terminal 3. Good location for an overnight.

I made a reservation for my son to arrive late Feb 21. using my credit card. He arrived at 0300 hrs on Feb 22. The hotel charged him the room rate on his credit card and charged me for not showing up.

If you are going to arrive in the middle of the night and check in isn't till 1500 hrs, what day do you reserve a room?

It's Very Good. This one IS NOT in the Airport. Instead it's RIGHT NEXT to the Airport. So it's cheaper. You will see Air Crew going to and from this hotel all of the time, and I'm guessing that they have discounts to stay AT the Airport, and yet they stay HERE. I could be wrong on this....you can draw your own conclusions. And Yes, with a shuttle to and from the Airport, if that's your thing. But if flying to Toronto on waaaay overpriced Air Canada is NOT your thing, THIS is where you want to stay if you are driving to Toronto. Stay HERE Park your car HERE. You'll pay daily for Parking. Just do it, it's a Metro Canada Thing, and way less than parking downtown, which is an absolute pain. You don't really want to drive in Toronto anyway. That goes Double you have the kids along. And if you have a drink downtown and get caught? Not only will you face serious fines and jail time in Canada and deserve it, you won't be coming back to Canada soon, or maybe ever. Because they won't let you cross the border. Really. Really! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. The Good News is the Toronto Public Transit. Unlike in most places in the US where Public Transportation is a Joke, in Canada it Rocks!
There is a Bus Terminal right across from the Hotel.
Take the Bus 192 to Kipling Station, right next to Kipling Station is St. George Station which is the Toronto Subway, and you have easy access from there to Downtown Toronto and for that matter, the entire area. This will be MUCH cheaper than parking downtown, and your nerves will be much less frazzled, and your stay will be ENJOYABLE. Isn't that what Vacations are for? I hope you will enjoy Canada. Just remember, Toronto is an expensive city. The less you pay for lodging means the more you have to spend Downtown and don't forget Chinatown (Spadina Road area) and Koreatown (West Bloor Street from about Montrose Avenue to about Markham Street) and Mirvish Village... Honest Ed Rest in Peace.)

Well, I actually just used the parking lot for a little while because I drive part time for Uber and because I'm Uber X, I'm not given passengers to drive back from the airport, despite being given passengers to DRIVE TO the airport. So it's a long way to drive with no passenger in the car, so we need to find a place to park for an hour or 2 while we wait for amother fare, often from the hotels near the airport. So if you stay in your car then you generally can hide out sometimes without paying parking fees.

Excellent location - WALKING distance to T3 - while excellent noise insulation. Great facilities, especially the pool. Nice clean rooms without any flaws. Two comments; the hotel bar closes at 10 PM (could be longer), and the breakfast is a little bit pricey (however the restaurant cooks well and the staff is very helpful). Great prices, too!
