Terrible customer service. Takes two weeks to return a phone call. Staff is apparently not qualified to answer simple questions about mortgages. They try to force everything into a meeting. To me that tells me they are high pressure con artists. Go to cashcall or any other online mortgage provider for better and faster service.

Roy's Umbrella
Roy is not a straight shooter- He jacked up our loan amount to cover a "no cost refi". He had very slow and poor communication. Would not give details on the loan and rate, just said "trust me" so we did, (what a mistake). We could not get straight answers. Everything goes through him because he does not trust his staff to answer basic questions. Roy sent me an ugly derogatory text at 9:30 on a Friday night when we informed him we decided to go a reputable company.....STAY AWAY if you want good service and good fair rate away. He is threatening to send invoices for the appraisal which we did not order and an if did not pay he threatened collections.... that the kinda customer services he gives. The Ryan review got it right and Alex you should demand your money back he knew what he was doing overcharging you on the loan...he tried the same with me
When I called the office I was very impressed with Dan, who answered the phone. Roy is very fortunate to have an employee of this character. This is a place I would not hesitate to recommend to my clients, friends and relatives.
Roy is a great guy. He worked very hard for us to get a great rate on a refinance that we needed to get done in order to keep our home. He has worked for another family member also and did a great job with them. I highly recommend him, he is honest, has integrity and won't push you into something you don't need or want. Give him a call.
5 months of wasted time, due to the inability to communicate effectively. We were basically told not to make our June Mortgage payment, mind you we have never made a late payment and from there everything went down hill. we were continuously asked to provide all of this documentation showing we paid our mortgage, had conference calls and the list goes on. I was constantly following and doing all of the foot work. Then at the very end emails were ignored, and then finally i got a response saying we can't help you. Horrible service.
I called 3 times and all three times they told me they would call back. 4th time I call the guy says they don t help with consolidation..why advertise it then??? Terrible customer service
