To many formans running around trying to write you up more for petty stuff than actual safety concerns. Worked for company almost 3 years got 2 raises based on evaluations not 1 write up but recently went reapply was told on the no hire list that my Forman caught me sleeping but didn't write me up.......1st not true I would rather take write up than no hire and they fire you if caught sleeping. Sexual harassment racism issues before the slow down pettiness everywhere good old boy sysyem where crappy supers get all their boys Forman jobs and make all the lower paid employees do all the work and get all the flac when trouble arrises.
Got hurt and got the shaft!! My finger tip cut completely off. Being treated like I did something wrong.
