Rountree Moore Ford Lincoln Kia Review

Excellent customer skills by Service Mgr. Mark. He addressed my needs and also ordered me a second key since I only received one at time of purchase. This Mustang is very powerful and full of energy. Great ride, and a Blessing from God. I call it my Silver Chariot. Service was great and Mark was very professional. 0-60 in 3.8 sec. I had work done under hood and exterior.

I was 100% DISSATISFIED with the so-called "service" from start to finish! The "courtesy driver" was rude, the service department did not have our requested repairs in the computer, we were told we had to leave the vehicle overnight. We did and the next morning, still no action on the repairs. Failed to return my calls regarding the status of our repairs. We finally decided to just pick the vehicle up because it is our only means of transportation. We had been told that the problem with the turn signal had been resolved but they could not find the main problem that needed repair. If the Ford service cannot find the problem with a Ford, who can? NOTHING had been done to the vehicle after keeping it for more than 24 hours. No offer of alternative transportation, which I know is provided for other, more preferred types of customers. They then suggested that we bring it back and leave it for "2 or 3 more days". How can anyone do without their vehicle for 2 or 3 more days? I pray that we will NEVER have to go there again. I think they only want one kind of customer. Personnel in service need training!!! I would give zero stars if possible!!!

Would not recommend for service. Took about 23 hours from time of drop off to time of call to pick up on an oil change and a tire rotation. About 3 weeks later I Ended up have to get a tire plug from a separate business. Thankfully the gentleman who did my tire patch, informed me that the tire he did the patch on that the lug nuts where really loose in fact a few where just hand tight. Long story short, all 4 tires had at least 2 or 3 hand tightened lug nuts. Please everyone check your lug nuts if you have been to Rountree Moore Ford service department lately.

Staff are always courteous and helpful. Danielle makes this experience a pleasure. I really liked the new practice of the video text from the person actually servicing the vehicle. Highly recommend Rountree.

Drove from Tallahassee to Live Oak and it was well worth the drive. Super friendly staff and I got a great deal on a new F-150 Lariat. Will definitely call them in the future when purchasing new vehicles.

Vehicle price was great for my used 2020 F-150 Lariat, but they tacked on hidden fees and didn't really explain what they were for in detail. Plus, they automatically add on the "Rountree Moore Advantage" for almost $900 which you cannot refuse to pay for; extra stuff you probably won't utilize 80% of. Their customer service is not the greatest either with almost no follow-up at all with any issues related to the vehicle even when they've agreed to make repairs after the sale has been completed. I'm not sure if this is normal for all dealerships but it was definitely a disappointing experience. But all-in-all I love my truck!

Outstanding service as usual. I delivered my truck for service without an appointment, thinking I might have to wait. No problem. The service crew took my truck right in and offered to drive me to a local restaurant while I was waiting. I believe all the car companies should follow Rountree Moore Ford example. The great service was made even better when I found out that the oil change and a tire rotation didn't cost me a penny. Apparently the service came with my purchase of the vehicle. They could have easily have charged me and I wouldn't have known the difference. What a winning combination. Great service and honesty. Thanks Rountree Moore Service department. Keep up the great work.

I like the fact that I was never pressured into completing a sales. I found everyone I dealt with there was so accommodating. I was able to work out the term of my deal I appreciate all involved is yhe sell of my truck

Our service advisor, Kendell, provided great service to us and kept us informed every step of the way. Our service tech diagnosed our problem and had us on our way in a timely manner!
