I was 100% DISSATISFIED with the so-called "service" from start to finish! The "courtesy driver" was rude, the service department did not have our requested repairs in the computer, we were told we had to leave the vehicle overnight. We did and the next morning, still no action on the repairs. Failed to return my calls regarding the status of our repairs. We finally decided to just pick the vehicle up because it is our only means of transportation. We had been told that the problem with the turn signal had been resolved but they could not find the main problem that needed repair. If the Ford service cannot find the problem with a Ford, who can? NOTHING had been done to the vehicle after keeping it for more than 24 hours. No offer of alternative transportation, which I know is provided for other, more preferred types of customers. They then suggested that we bring it back and leave it for "2 or 3 more days". How can anyone do without their vehicle for 2 or 3 more days? I pray that we will NEVER have to go there again. I think they only want one kind of customer. Personnel in service need training!!! I would give zero stars if possible!!!
