A good hotel, which unfortunately lags far behind its possibilities.
As an all inclusive guest (converted to dine around) I enjoyed second rate service with very limited choices. The cleanliness differed extremely between the right and left wing of the hotel. It happened, for example, that a plate of unknown origin, full of leftovers, lingered outside the door for more than 24 hours. The cleanliness of the rooms and the room service was very under the expectations of a five star hotel back. The trash cans were not emptied, the bed was not made, on the bedside table dust was at least three weeks. The noise caused by the noise of the construction site right next to the hotel is certainly not a fault of the hotel, but it should be remembered when booking in the coming months. The beach and the pool area are clearly too small for the guests at full capacity. Means that on 2 of 4 days not a free couch was to get hold. The service in the outdoor areas is very slow and uncoordinated. So it happened every day that between taking and receiving the first drink vergiengen more than 30 minutes .... it always struck us the assumption that it was possibly the 2nd class all in seals ..... Moreover, it is noticeable that For almost no order a flawless delivery of the ordered food was done. So we were summoned by three waiters a sandwich with chicken as a classic Cheesburger. Until then the manager could not find the cheese on request and took the order back kindly. It is striking that the qualities of the service staff in the outdoor areas (pool bar, terrace) differ greatly from those in the restaurants.
In the restaurants are extremely motivated highly qualified and attentive staff. Except for the Italian restaurant and the steakhouse, both the quality of the food and the service offered by me can be unreservedly recommended. Likewise, the quality of the dishes in the main restaurant leaves nothing to be desired. However, every so-called all inclusive guest should be aware that the selection of drinks is kept to a minimum. So you get in most restaurants very few food and certainly a significantly limited drinks selection in the package. All in all, you should be aware that you can not expect a five star service as a tourist. We felt clearly noticeable as a guest second class. From the overall picture of this hotel stand out however individual persons and offers, which I must individually evaluate and would like, since they do not fit into this negative overall picture. Compared to many hotels visited in the United Arab Emirates, this is unfortunately the worst experience and certainly not worth the money.
