The night manager Ashraf was a high level of responsibility and well-behaved, we were booked for adjacent rooms, and we were surprised by the staff member of our division to far apart rooms.

Five Star Hotel with exceptional Rotana Hospitality. I heart of the commercial district of Beirut, Lebanon. Convenient to reach to down town and Hamra from this property. Has all kind of amenities in the premises. Up gradation / renovation is going on in some floors.

Very clean hotel, very friendly staff , a short walk to Zayton marina where many restaurants and cafe's are found, has a very nice swimming pool on the roof as you could see the Mediterranean sea.

We love this hotel. Visited last week and we have not been disappointed at all. The service desk is great Rasha and Sally are great to deal with. The Valet and luggage guys are very polite and helpful with the lebanese sense of humour. Very nice roof top swimming pool and a great view of the city. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing hotel, very professional staff, very luxury including all L'Occitane products used in bathroom, very good quality and covers all your need.
The buffet breakfast is just excellent, so fresh and delicious.
Lunch was delicious and what i really loved was to have the traditional Lebanese food. Kebbeh laban, hindbeh,.. That's what every Lebanese would love to eat when they are in Lebanon and every international guest would like to try the traditional food made by the best chef Marwan. & if you haven't try the special coffee that Marwan makes you should definitely go and try it at Rotana Gefinor. Also i can never forget Vandana's beautiful smile that welcomes us every morning for breakfast. Vandana very professional and constantly smiling. She seems enjoying her work so much.

This is my 5th hotel visit this year! Accommodating and welcoming hotel! Always giving me a upgrade on room,services and access to the lounge!

Most shocking service i have ever experienced in my life with a hotel. From check-in to check-out, the whole experience for my husband and I was appalling. It was ridiculously priced, staff were unwelcoming and unacknowledged any errors or inconveniences to our trip. We spent our first night on their couches in their lobby because they hadn't received our booking confirmation when we had made the booking in October of 2017. We had to wait till someone check out at 4am and for the room to be cleaned until we could be checked in again.

Stayed in a room that night, then magically the room was available for us to stay in for the next 6 nights we originally booked. We continuously went to reception everyday requesting information on what went wrong with our booking and was told 'we will find out and get back to you'. Everyday was the same excuse. We did not receive a refund for the night we slept on their lobby couches ON OUR HONEYMOON. Then after continual asking, their final remark was it was our flight agents fault as they didn t receive a confirmation for our booking.

We then spent numerous times a day, going from our room on level 6 to the lobby to get the key recoded to let us back into our room because something kept going wrong with the coding. No apologies, no we'll get this fixed for you NOTHING. We paid 20,000 LL per day to park our car in the hotels parking.

For breakfast, i would wait 10-20 minutes for 2 fried eggs, while the chef would serve groups of tables that came in line long after me. Even when i would receive them, they would be runny when i had requested them to be well done (6 days in a row).

We then requested a few pairs of clothes to be washed (most being coloured underwear) which came to a total of $160 USD. When I asked the Reservation manager at reception why it was so expensive for a few items I was told 'this is what you get when you stay at a 5 star hotel'. If this is what I get for staying at a 5 star hotel, then I should expect 5 star service and 5 star welcoming. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Cannot express enough anger and frustration for this hotel and their staff.

Deserve 5 star, everything was perfect. Just the swimming pool is small.

I've attended my best friend's wedding there, it was magnificent. The service was prompt, the whole staff was friendly and generous in a lot of ways.
