They needed to be more aware of when to open a new register. The line shouldn't get to 15 people before they open a second register.

This location is under stocked, understaffed and there's something weird about the FLOOR!!

Lines are to long. If you're not careful pushing the cart you may twist your ankle,break a leg, from the uneven floor.

They do not refill shelves very regular. But in general i mostly find what i need. Cashiers are few and long lines are always at them.

Nice size store, deals are good if you can find them. Turn over is high.

Went to see the reopening of Ross 4 days ago and it was almost completely empty. Like there was nothing to buy. Why even open. So ridiculous. Horrid experience trying to shop in an empty store. Don t bother going.

so that they lend a bath is complicated and is very unhygienic at times.

To b fair the store is under construction. However not a lot of items. Couldn't find most of what we were looking for

They are doing a great job during the pandemic. I hope they are able to stay open!

Under construction however they have a lot of Cal osha violations

When you go into Ross it's like opening up a box of chocolates..... You never know what you're going to find next. I found candle that was normally $28 for only 8 ....not bad

Great store, good deals, prices very affordable, clothes kids, teenagers, adults, kitchen stuff, toys for the kids ECT.

If you look enough you can find items such as Philosophy, Anastasia Beverly Hills palettes, Kat Von D, Urban Decay and many more high end brands. It's amazing.

As long as you do not mind waiting in line for a few minutes, nobody can beat these prices!

Once in a while you find some jewels that get overlooked by the usual crowd.

This ross branch is the best! Roshini is a nice and polite lady! She is cashier and always take care of customers very well! The only resan I love this branch is because of her! She does customer service better than macys and tjmax! She is very professional and the best ever! She is very fast! I am big fan of this branch and Roshini! If I were her boss I would pay her two times of other cashiers!

Love the prices and selection. Need to be more attentive to the check out lines.

I know it's Ross, so my expectations weren't crazy high, but here are some reasons why I came, I tried, and I left empty handed. Not ada compliant. Seems like too much space wasted on 4-ways and the rows of h-racks were too close together. Not enough room for one person to walk through without hitting their arms, let alone a stroller or two people. The fitting room attendant made me feel like I was checking in to prison...I thought she was gonna search under my tongue and spread my cheeks before giving me my room tag. One...ONE...one fitting room for handicap or people with strollers, so i had to wait. And the door handle was broken. It wouldn't even lock, the floor was filthy, and I just refused to try anything on. You have so many 3x3 fitting rooms, knock some down and make some room for people who need the extra space. This was my first and last experience at this location.

Sometimes theres small selections but overall good stuff

Always 10 people in line or more and usually only 2 checkout lines open !!! I just waited 24 minutes in line to purchase a few items... I guess this is the new norm for retail outlets. Very disappointing!!!

Location wasn't very clean however they were doing construction. Overall good service.

This store has made AWESOME improvements!!!! August 2020 its booming

They used to be cheap quality. Maybe they'll go back to their roots.

Of all the department stores, Ross is the worst, the most expensive and with little news.

Wayyyy under staffed and rude personnel when you do interact

Long lines, everything is kind of thrown around, but I found what I needed.

The store size is regular, it is clean and staff are nice. My disappointment was that I could not find any dress in petite size that would fit me, instead found the variety for bigger sizes to be more abundant. Also, they had no backpacks available.

Dont like cheaper quality great on prices but very slow cashiers long lines extremely slow moving

Small selection girl charged me for a bag then denied and was not courteous. This was an emergency stop and will never repeat. Poor communication& lack of professionalism which are foundation stones to customer service.

They keep the store clean, no clothes laying on the floor clean restrooms. Lines can get long but they usually get you through check out efficiently.

Nice place for by clothes and decoration home. There are good prices and good choices.

They don't have my size in shoes. Like they use too.

Customers shopping in this location need more guide line on how to put unwanted items back to its places. Take care their own kids and be more concerned about the kids safety during the shopping. Bathrooms needs to be open to the customers. The items always out of locations or on the floor. Open merchandis should not leaving on display. The needs more cashiers for the long line waiting.

I love coming here to buy face creams or face wash for my girls also makeup sometimes I find brand name creams and so for alot less.

I found what i wanted but the place lacks personality

My $500 phone was stolen. Wrote a police report and called the store a few times to check if they had any news. There are cameras there, so it's upsetting that the security guards couldn't just check the recording. Seems to be too much work and complication to just check. I stopped shopping there since. The security guards are useless and no one cares unless someone stole from the store. Keep guard on your purses ladies. I'm not one to write ratings but I was pickpocket shopping there. Happened some day in August 2015.

Very well displayed, moderately priced and really wide range. Lots of parking, rest rooms available. Enjoyed shopping here.

worst place to be there's never any cashiers there's never anyone to help the place is just a mess and they are rude Personally I would never shop there again

There are really cheap brand things but the store can be more orderly, yes, if you see something you like, buy it at once !, because then you can not find it.

Affordable prices you have to have time and search well you will always find something that you like
