Seems cluttered and obscure. Long wait when there is only one to dispatch when there is high pressure

It is the most bad experience I ever had with an auction house. I bought one lot from them, because this lot contains so many items and I can not take them all with me, so I asked the lady if she could help me to trash the items which I do not want. She refused and tell me that I should do it myself. I do not understand why she could not help me with it. I coming all the way from Copenhagen and I do not even know where the trash bin is.

Poor service, you buy things (ordinary table) but since for some reason they only had an ordinary. Front door was asked to separate the table to bring it home. And they did not have any tools to borrow. Manage yourself

I have bought an awning of 5 meters plus transport, I wait for the awning for a month and when I finally get it it is the wrong color and the wrong size, it is a month after I bought it ... after I contact they say I want to send my awning up and they will pick up the one I got after two months comes the other who then also turns out to be too small and the wrong color .... now I am in a situation where I not knowing where my awning is and holding a product that is not mine, it is swanky that such a large company does not take any responsibility and helps me get my awning home as i have waited two months for .. shame. ..

COMFORTABLE AUCTION HOUSE, ALSO BEING AROUND, bus 123 almost runs to the door, enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or the like while you wait - it's at the expense of the house. ;-)

Superficial assessment and in each flat you do not know anything about the things that are not in their interest.

Could have had better opening hours and have a few times received an item that was not in the condition as the lottery was described. For example. item with 2nd sorting which was described as 1st sorting.

It is an extremely slow working auction house. I wanted to sell a product and got it pre-assessed at 6,000, - which I found acceptable.
When I drove to Roskilde to file it, they would re-evaluate it and said it would take 3 days before it came online. It took 3 weeks and I had to move them to get started with the auction.

Easy to get to with public and good service with fast delivery

Could well get a little better control of their IT. Otherwise okay.
