Great personal and responsive service. A wonderful experience

This apartment management company is very unprofessional, you can never get anyone on the phone to discuss property management inconsistencies nor get anyone to return your call. Poor service overall!!

Horrible service. Poor up kept of homes. Does not return calls. Do not fix anything. Bad attitudes! Don't move in York,Charleston, low income homes. Isn't worth being uncomfortable. Not to mention they come in and out your home whenever they want

Terrible service! In the process of trying to get a deposit back for my mother and now they wont return emails or phone calls.

This is the absolute worst company ever , bad communication skills everyone is unprofessional they have bad attitudes and it s a big circle with them!!!!!!!!!! This is by far the worst living experience I have ever had!!!!!

The staff in the leasing office has been extremely helpful. Everyone was very professional throughout the application process and have continued with the same level of professionalism whenever I have maintenance needs. Maintenance needs are taken care of in a timely manner and I am so happy I decided to lease from this company!
