I really love RPM's pet-friendly policy! Never have to worry about weight or breed restrictions at one of their communities, which is a huge plus for dog lovers like me. I've lived a two of their properties here in Austin.
Overall, I have had a great experience with RPM and definitely recommend to anyone looking to find a new apartment because it's truly difficult to find landlords who love all pets!
Plus, I never had trouble with my move out or getting answers from them. Always on top of communication with me and my roommates.

Don t believe the 5 star reviews, it looks like Roscoe Properties is forcing their employees to write bogus and dishonest reviews to keep their rating higher because their actual quality of work and overall management skills are horrendous. I have lived at a Roscoe owned apartment complex for the last 4 months and I can say without a doubt this is the worst and most poorly run complex I ve ever lived at for the following reasons.
1. The trash situation is disgusting. While the complex does offer mandatory, valet trash pick up every week night. If you have anything bigger good luck finding the dumpster because it s always in a new location and always completely full.
2. Over the last 2 months we have had our water shut off 6 different times for vague and unclear testing . Most of the time for the entire day and the only form of notice provided is an email alert the night before so always check your email before bed because you might not have water when you wake up.
3. The units are so cheaply built. Roscoe spared every expense putting these together. Our roof leaks even though it s been repaired twice, our sinks weren t sealed properly when we moved in and we re still having trouble with one our toilets flushing consistently.
4. While the front office staff and maintenance teams are always polite and friendly, unfortunately Roscoe doesn t give their employee the resources to be successful. Most complaints and questions are either met with an I don t know or an I ll have to ask a manager about that , then no one will ever get back to you.
5. We used a real estate group to tour apartments and after signing with a Roscoe Property our realtor was due her referral fee but Roscoe has continued to avoid paying her even 4 months later. Now we, the tenets, have to get involved and ensure our realtor gets paid for her services since Roscoe won t.
If you have the ability or the means to look for an apartment somewhere else I would strongly encourage you to do so. Roscoe properties takes advantage of its residents every opportunity they get.
RPM prides itself in going above and beyond in customer service. Exceed every need is our purpose and is the reason that we do property management. Our onsite and corporate team members are always striving to provide our residents with the best customer service and place they can call home!
Making the decision to begin a career at RPM was the easiest decision of my life. During the interview process I felt as if I was joining a company that was more than just a company. I felt like I was becoming apart of an actual family. The teams at all the properties are here for one reason, and that's to provide the best service in helping people find their perfect home. Whether the perfect home be at our community or another community, we work as a TEAM to accomplish task. Also, I noticed that RPM wants us to all be successful. They have equipped me with all the necessary tools to move up in the company and after a year I have already been promoted. 5 out of 5 experience thus far.
I was introduced to RPM through a new business partnership with my former organization, Pace Realty. Pace was the most supportive and compassionate organization ever. They molded me for management and promoted me to my first leadership role in the industry. Naturally, I was hesitant and afraid about the transition to RPM Living as I had been used to doing things another way. It turns out there was nothing to fear at all.
RPM has blown me away with the level of support they've provided. They are the most organized and effective company I have ever encountered. The training department has been instrumental in the process of getting my team integrated with the RPM way, and the performance group has taken my team under their wing and helped foster a culture that's focused on measurable impact. I do miss the old culture from time to time, seeing our top-line leaders, the awards ceremonies, but more so the familiar and predictable, but I think that change on a revolutionary scale like we ve undergone, although uncomfortable at times, has done so much good for me personally and professionally. So, it is with heartfelt sincerity that I say I honestly couldn't be more proud to be a member of the RPM Living family. It is an honor to work among this dynamic team, and I look forward to growing my contributions as time and skills allow. If you're considering RPM as an employer or business partner, all I can say is, do it!
RPM is one of the best companies I have ever worked for in the 16 years and 2 states I've been in Property Management! I feel that I matter to my bosses, that my career is going somewhere, and that I'm a part of a company that puts it's employees before money. I love working for RPM and don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon!
I have worked for RPM for 8 months but have followed the socially for over 2 years. From afar I was always impressed by their culture, how their residents were engaged on many different levels and their reputation was always top notch with their residents and vendors. It is really an honor to work with teams who are dedicated to ensuring that the residents of the apartment homes that we are the caretakers of are taken care of to the highest degree. People come first with RPM whether it is a resident, a team member or a guest to one of the communities. The tools that management are given including high level management support is exceptional.
I want to reach out and let RPM know about Sara Ghedi, the Community Manager at The Crescent (Austin). She is amazing and has done a great job in her first role as a property manager here. She has helped me by answering my questions, directing me to the right source and always, always, has greeted me with a smile. She makes me feel like I'm the only one that lives in the building and it helps. I look forward to seeing her or emailing just to say "Hey". She makes me laugh and always checks in with me to see how I'm doing. Most recently, I experienced a hardship and next thing I know, Tiff's Treats at my door. And Her note "Ice cream and cookies always help" was just perfect for the situation!
I love this manager. She is the reason why I love living at The Crescent!
Working at RPM Living for the past 6 years have been amazing! I have lived in several communities they have and they are beautiful. The leadership team is amazing and very knowledgeable, and there are tons of room for growth. They invest in their employees with one of the most developed training programs in the industry. I highly recommend working for RPM Living!
I have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional and uncaring company in my life. They only care about getting money from you. I have been trying to reach out to them since March and have not received a single phone call back. I regret signing a lease with one of their properties without looking at the management company and the reviews of the property. If you value your money and not having to deal with people who only look at you as a paycheck do NOT sign or deal with this company at all. Worst decision ever, I wish I could give less than 1 star. They have made my life hell and don t even have the morals to acknowledge me. It s disgusting. HORRIBLE COMPANY!
