Making the decision to begin a career at RPM was the easiest decision of my life. During the interview process I felt as if I was joining a company that was more than just a company. I felt like I was becoming apart of an actual family. The teams at all the properties are here for one reason, and that's to provide the best service in helping people find their perfect home. Whether the perfect home be at our community or another community, we work as a TEAM to accomplish task. Also, I noticed that RPM wants us to all be successful. They have equipped me with all the necessary tools to move up in the company and after a year I have already been promoted. 5 out of 5 experience thus far.
