Billie Lawing and Mike Johnson are both a wellspring of knowledge. The scary part about HR issues is "you don't know what you don't know"... I learn something new every time I talk to them and they help keep me straight. As a business owner, I can't imagine having to figure this all out on my own... No one has enough time for that.
