Regardless, I ve completely wasted my time coming early at 8:30 in the morning for this. Next time Morales, call/text your future clients a notice that you re CLOSED . You ve could ve at-least added more details onto that paper on the window, instead of leaving your clients with guessing on what CLOSE broadly means... After being recommended to Morales Staffing by my care coordinator at an economic enrichment program, I decided to give Morales a try at helping me secure employment. I'm here to say that after nearly 4 solid years and multiple visits to their office, I've yet to obtain ONE, that's correct, ONE single job from any of their clients. Their selection pool of employment opportunities are VERY poor to say the least. If you are seeking employment of any kind, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Morales is a crapshoot and that's not good.

Was assigned a postion with accion performance and almost 2 weeks later one of the supervisors named alex told me today they have to "let me go" because my Production was low because i have to unpack and pack a certain amount of pieces(clothing) in boxes a day but was never told this when i started i was just told what to do and thats it now almost two weeks later they decide to bring it up to me and i have already been packing less boxes and nothing was ever said its like they were waiting picking one by one. and i witness this done to other co workers the previous week who quit becauase the supervisor said their "production was low" and they were only there a few short days smh and we all just so happen to be black. a lot of the new people coming in are being let go for "low production" im just saying. I dont like doing bad reviews but they deserve one. It's frusting not having a car and barely having a permanent leaving situation but i was never late maybe once and only missed a day when i really had something to do very reliable spent money on ubers to get there on time just to be told i have to go all becauase i didn't pack a certain amount of boxes in a day. thats just ridiculous to me when every body moves at their own pace. so what if others are meeting the mark when they just got there. if you're a good employee who doesn't cause issues that should be all that matters.

I don't usually do a lot of reviews, but the truth is that this company deserves it. The company is only good for employees who work in its offices as recruiters of rest with their associates who are doing the heavy and difficult work, they leave much to be desired. The only good thing they have is getting you a quick job and getting started right away. The company does not guarantee a minimum of 40 hours, team leaders are not trained to hold responsible positions, they only care about overtime for them, some supervisors do not organize to at least give the associate 40 hours. Some jobs are very heavy and poorly paid. They want to let you out a few days early before 8 hours and other days they force you to go very early and do overtime hours and then complete the 40 hours and they would never pay you overtime as it should be the right price. many projects do not have fixed or entry hours, much less exit. Really a tip: check your supervisors and team leaders
