Went for dinner was decent. Steak was perectly cooked it is a strict menu. Choice of sides is either mash and roast vegetables or chips and salad. So if you want chips and vegitables they wont do it. My partners chicken was cook nicely but my mates chicken was under cooked in the smallest part of the chicken. Pizzeria was closed wich was dissapointing. The new look really looks nice since i last went.

Food was very expensive and not very generous at all. And took forever to order my food even though there were only 2 people in line and then went to the bar only to wait another 20 minutes to be served behind another 2 people. Would not reccommend unless u are a problem gambler seems to be the only people they look after there.

Always enjoyable however air-con was an issue. Not nice sweating inside club. Cooler outside. Bistro unavailable due to renovations.

Excellent meals and wines especially during happy hour. Staff well trained to meet members requirements.

I had my misgivings about it being in Rooty Hill but by gum I was wrong. Great place to stay. Food in the restaurant was sublime.
The waitresses were fantastic and the staff all round were very pleasant.

Quality of Service has substantially decreased. Was served a Chicken Cesar Salad which contained off out of dated chicken. Chef had a terrible attitude and was in total denial. I m never coming here again. #Blacklisted

bad food - Zest and Stardust Cafe, bad service - table *** down 1 level - how about a bit more info like its on the other side of the room, spnt 15 mins looking for the right table. Bar staff look like bunch of retirees who dont want to be there, rude, arrogant and def no service! this is the 2nd time we have had bad experience from RHRSL, wont ever be returning!

Food selection average, half of them closed (it was a Monday tho). Didn't venture into gaming areas

Stayed here twice now. Good rooms, bed was a little too soft for me, but I prefer a firm bed. Rooms spacious and clean.

Been a while since I've been here but the renovations to the club look brilliant. Went to see Beatnix and didn't disappoint in the slightest

limited places to eat however amazimg atmosphere and vibe. one of the coffee shops is physially joined to gaming area tables which is very distracting and off putting. one of the best clubs ever in NSW i would say. as long as they keep is classy and dont let trashy people bring it down.

Great food and aervice was an enjoyable experience would go there again..

Had heaps of fun with the kids at the bowling and the arcade. Only thing is the desk was left unattended for a while , while I was trying to buy

What a great decision it was to stop in.
The staff wher great.
The gaming floor and choices of machines where fantastic. Old machines and new and off all brands.
Best gaming floor we have found in sydney so far.
The food and beverage options are sensational and reasonable when it comes to price.
Being able to have a sneaky ice cream as we left was sensational.
Looking forward to spending a night here pn our next trip!

Only went bowling so cant really comment on the club but had a great time , only thing I can criticize is the price of beer it was nearly $10 per beer

I attended an event at Rooty Hill RSL. I could not find the parking area and rang them from the side of the road to ask. It rang out twice (around 9.30am) before it was answered. The fellow that answered gave erroneous and inadequate directions. Finally found it, and got to Reception. This was a conference with 500 attendees. I asked the man on Reception where I'd find it. He told me no such conference was being held that day. He clearly didn't know the name of the event being held in his own facility, and he's ON RECEPTION. Finally he realised it must be the one and ONLY event being held that day and gave me directions to catch the lift upstairs and turn left. Um, NO. Wrong place. Incorrect directions.
The catering for the event was quite good, food was nice. But come time to go and I was stuck in the carpark for FIFTY MINUTES. Did not move an inch. Finally something must have happened (I think they got some traffic control in place and moved people through another exit), but SERIOUSLY. That's just poor event management.

Live music and entertainment always good here. Love coming here for a dance

Generally a good experience. Staff are lovely. My feedback is that Portions sizes are way too big though and the food is a little stodgy. They really need to enforce the dress regulations a lot of daggy looking people in there that really don't meet Clubs NSW standards.

If you like lousy food, insolent staff and 1,000 poker machines, come to Rooty Hill RSL, the dump of the West.

Huge club heaps to offer. Plenty of options and entertainment.

Renovations have made a massive improvement. Looks great. Communal feel.

Saturday night had dinner Sean Connolly,s Steak place one word DISAPPOINTED, won t be back. We have been waiting for decent food to arrive at the club, so next time will try Thai, hopefully better, otherwise that s it for us.

Congested everywhere. Terrible redesign inside. Noise level is high everywhere you go. Cannot find a quiet spot. Windows very limited. And now with the entertainment Centre next door having a pedestrian bridge to link it to the club?
Hardly any good seating restaurants. Only 1 which charges through the nose! A bistro next to a dancing area dancing floor with music so loud you need safety ear muffs!
Crazy club!

Went to see the Sydney Symphony and David Campbell at the brand new Coliseum and it was wonderful. Fabulous venue and very elegant and classy. It was a great date night for my wife and I!

A place that big has minimal offerings for anyone looking for a decent steak. New trimmed down menu is rubbish.

Big , bold and very foody; though not a Big TV to be seen??

It very lovely. On Fridays families with children are allowed to come see a live band till 10pm.. they also have all you can eat as well

Over priced food and drinks. Thought being a member you got discounts. Over rated place. Will be glad to never go again.

The receptionist, Adam was super friendly and eager to help, gave us recommendations for the restaurants.
The food at Chur Burger was super good, the Beast Burger was amazing,
The pizza there too was super nice, and the bar had a good selection of Whiskey.

I love the variety of restaurants in the Rooty Hill RSL Club with children's play areas provide and strict implimintations of no children in the premises at 10 pm. It also provides an extensive range of slot machines and have a huge theatre which provides a couple of hundred seated guests to enjoy programs, plays, movies, and at times also a venue for dialogues between government representatives and the community at large.
Staff are always friendly and helpful and greet you with a smile.

The current construction is a little annoying but otherwise very comfortable and quiet.
