Due to installation of new hard drive I surrendered the licence. This guys are thinking like scientist, not reactivated my licence after surrendering it & they are justifying that we are misusing win-man license. If you can not able to give service then refund our money or give proper resolution. Very worst customer support.

I attended the interview there. First day, they conducted apti test and again they called me for a full-day process and assigned some tasks for which they sent us one supervisor to guide. The problem is instead of guiding properly, she arrogantly asked me why I am doing mistakes and if I did not study this in my degree course. If I remembered what I had studied in my degree after 4 years, why would I need a supervisor to guide me in the first place? If everyone remembered what they had studied in their college, may be the word 'training' wouldn't have existed. So, there was an exhibition of unprofessionalism by supervisor which caused me unnecessary troubles as a candidate. Apart from this, the company and HR seemed to be good.

Really liked the company's interview process, its professionalism and quick response. The supervisors guided really well with no bit of arrogance which is actually rare.
And as of my opinion, whether you get through it or not, giving a shot here is worth it!

THEY MIGHT HAVE CHECKED THE RESUME BEFORE CALLING ME FOR SO CALLED INTERVIEW.. and secondly, CALLING FOR INTERVIEW AND WASTING OUR TIME BY ASKING USELESS REQUIREMENTS TO FILL IN PAPER AND GIVING TEST AND ABOVE THAT NO HR INTERVIEW ... IM NOT ROBOT TO NLY WRITE IN PAPER AND YOU DECIDE WETHER I DESERVE OR NOT.. Thirdly it was worst experience ever IN MANGALORE...
LASTLY,, how did u decide whether m jot deserving for your post or why the hell to mention admin in the fill up form.... DISGUSTING

Had applied for a job here, first round was Aptitude and then they called me for the second round which was technical+HR round, for technical round they had assigned us supervisors to guide us with the problems and to solve those problems. Overall a very nice experience although I struggled in the second round.

No interaction with customer care team. Our problems are not properly solved or guided. Even cpc doesn't clear things about invalid returns. They blame it's because of software provider. To clarify this, the software asks to raise query and the answer in turn is not convincing.
Would be better to have a personal phone contact like earlier to clear the issues.
Our many returns got invalid and we are unable to correct it. Need your help.
Dont mind if you charge per call, but we need the solution. Or else we need to change the software.

Worest software at the time of purchase they touch your feets and once your puchased they kick you like anything don't go with this, while purchasing they will say renwal amount you have to pay 25 to 30% but once you purchased they hike up to 50% if you ask why your doing like this they will answer like if you want purchase it otherwise don't call and dont waste our time, irresponsible persons
