For the kemanggisan branch, Victory Residence is NOT RECOMMENDED !! The service is very bad, the boarding PIC, Slamet, doesn't care about boarding facilities. The air conditioner has been broken from the month. Then I never ignored it, the long response. Many room facilities are often damaged and the response takes very long to be fixed. This PIC is also not very welcome and silly!
Billing for boarding per month is also unclear, I want to be transferred to the website but the price on the website is much higher.
