Very nice house, wonderfully located above Salzburg. Accommodation in nice rooms, good food and very friendly staff.

We only ate dinner in the restaurant. It was cozy, clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was a dream and for us there were many dishes that we did not know that way.
Outside there is free parking and the view over Salzburg is beautiful.
We will be back.

Nice and funny staff. The hotel is secluded but with a very nice view.
Unfortunately I missed the breakfast.
For a quiet, romantic weekend for two, this hotel is definitely recommendable.

It was a wonderful hiking day on the Gersberg. Stayed at the hotel and unfortunately prepared for a wedding. We were the thirsty the nice waitress gave us food and drink. Very friendly !!!

Beautifully located hotel. The service is very friendly and the kitchen is very good, although the portions are very small. The rooms are clean and modern. Wi-Fi is available and covers the house well.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful location, nice staff and very good food.
However, you should urgently reconsider the excessive prices in the minibar during Corona times, as well as the charging of a flat-rate cover charge of 2.90 per cover per person. A reason for us not to go there anymore.

Great hotel! Were there six and all were without exception satisfied. Delicious food, great views, nice rooms. Especially praiseworthy is the service, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant or at the bar, all without exception friendly and service oriented. Gladly again !

A well-kept, almost magical-looking hotel at the foot of the Gaisberg with a splendid view of the Salzburg Basin and the Untersberg. One feels like a guest like a nobleman at the time of the monarchy.

Feeling family-friendly. Very friendly staff. Enjoy your meal. Room OK, wireless catastrophic, because open and slow. Mobile internet net almost not available.

Quiet, beautifully situated garden with a wonderful view, very nice service

Beautiful grounds, lodge like atmosphere. We paid for the upgraded comfort double room with a balcony, but were disappointed with the size of the room we had received. It really had enough room for the bed; maybe 1 meter clearance on each side. The bathroom was very small with a tiny corner shower. Other than the room accommodations, the hotel is charming, clean and has great service. The restaurant is quaint, personalized and has fabulous cuisine. Although kid friendly, I would not reccomend this venue to families. It is very quiet and intimate which made it a bit uncomfortable for us with young children.

We had a professional workshop. Everything is well organized! Food very good.
Only the bar staff (the older ones) were probably not that enthusiastic about guests who wanted to use the bar properly. You could see her indignation very much.

I have known this house since childhood. When there was still the fondue parlor I was happy to be there. I will be happy to be there again in 2020, on hikes for a quick refreshment, but also for a good meal. Friendly staff.

Seldom slept as well as here in the Gersberg Alm. Why wander far when the good is so close?

The Gersberg Alm lies quietly above the road which leads to the Gaisberg. It has a good view and the ambience is very nice
