I have been employed with Talk2Rep for almost two years and it has been the best career move I have made. The employees have turned into family and I am grateful to be part of the team.

This place really is dirty and outdated. It's hilarious how the owner gave an immature, sarcastic response below.

For an easy hold-over paycheck or two it works, but there is no incentive to stay. No benefits even for permanent agents that I'm aware of. I knew even if I stayed on I wouldn't be valued, so why have pride in the job?

The place was more than half empty. When I was there in December I saw a team get let go just like that because an account pulled out. I think that has changed in the new year with a new big account, but who knows how long that will last.

With my experience it's definitely a great place to work, very laid back and management is very welcoming and accommodating to unexpected things that may come about especially with emergencies. I have definitely loved my time here.

Great work environment, organized office and good managers. They have plenty of benefits including, heath, dental, vison, and PTO. I've worked here about 2 yrs full time, very professional.

Hands down the best company to work for. Management is amazing and workers become more like family. Always welcomes everyone with open arms! Never worked for a company that cares about their employees as much as they do

Deceptive employment advertising strategy. The co...

Deceptive employment advertising strategy. The company does not tell applicants in its employment ads where the advertised jobs are located, the ads simply says the company is located in Tamarac, FL and then says "local applicants only" and the applicant has no way of knowing that the advertised JOB is actually located in the Dominican Republic until AFTER the applicant applies. It's a deceptive method being used to collect a tall stack of applications. The situation has been brought to the company's attention but Talk2Rep keeps running their deceptive employment ads every couple of months.
