I am very satisfied with both my Rolling Shield shutters (10) and awning (16ft.). I found that the installers were very professional and efficient, and the office staff is extremely courteous and friendly. The manufacturer and installation of my order was done in a timely fashion and I especially appreciated the second measure of my windows to ensure that the fit would be perfect. The shutter color matched my home perfectly. I found that I am using my power shutters frequently during heavy thunderstorms. I am so glad that I chose Rolling Shield and would highly recommend them.
Was originally told several weeks for fabrication and installation but was pleasantly surprised when my front door electric aluminum shutter was installed a couple of weeks before anticipated. Installers were thorough and today it passed inspection. The price and quality were great. Can't wait to install my kevlar screens on my rear lanai . That has to wait to next year until I replenish funds. David the salesman and Sandy were a pleasure to work with.

After installing a lanai awning behind my home I started to have problems with opening and closing it. I called Rolling Shield who sent out a man named Russ. In approximately 1 1/2 hours Russ and his helper installed a brand new motor. It appeared the old motor had some type of defect. I was very please to see a company stand behind their products like Rolling Shield did with me. I would recommend them to any one.

Back in October 2014 my association bought 4 sets of roll down shades at around $8,000 which we use 2 to 3 times a year, one piece of plastic broke a $2 item and they want us to pay $96 for the whole piece which we do not need. I tried calling the production company in Miami and they said I needed to deal with Ft Meyers. All I need is the little plastic piece so I can turn down the shade. I guess a warrany is only good after 10 min. after the install. Lauren was a great help and vey nice to talk with on the phone.
