We have traveled multiple places ranging from Newfoundland to Albania with Freewheeling Adventures and every time came away simply delighted. The routes were thoughtfully designed to avoid traffic and provide marvelous scenery, the accommodations were marvelous and the guides engaged and always helpful. And then there is the food! We are going to cerebrate the end of COVID-19 "shelter in place" with another trip.
I didn't go for a guided tour, but believe me I will. Some quick-response emails told me everything I needed to pick and customise the right bike to rent for some touring around Nova Scotia. I love their large stall of Trek FX 7.4 and 7.5 in prime shape; they take the Cabot trail hills without any problems. People who see their water bottle when you're touring often say - "Oh, everyone says these guys are great". Equipment plays a large part in successful touring, so I can confidently say that having tested that part (to the max), they will definitely be my first choice for guided touring!
