Today was pick up day & I put my can out with a metal plant stand it it. My lid didn't close completely, but I've put it out before the same way, especially when putting grass clipping bags in it with no problem.. Unfortunately it wasn't emptied. On my way to work, I noticed many more cans not emptied, all having 1 similarity, the lids not closed completely. There was 1 can barely lifted up maybe 2 inches. I'm pretty sure these folks weren't too happy, since all these cans were full. If there was a change, maybe a notice about it would have been nice.

My experience is broader than an event. Interactions with the company have consistently been positive. As long as I am honest with them, they are willing to work with me on everything I have ever called in about over 30 years, but more specifically since I moved to Medford for Jacksonville, in 2006.I had a health diagnosis then, and have since had to live on a small fixed income. Occasionally leaving me unable to pay my bill until the next disability check.

I always feel good after speaking with their reps. Today's experience with Heather left me deciding to make a public statement. Thank you.

I ve honestly never had a problem with Rogue disposal. A reoccurring issue here is that people think you can recycle anything. Unfortunately it isn t that way with Rogue. They have never dig through my recycling. I cut up all my cardboard boxes and never had any issues. I d love to see an increase in the future on what could be recycled in the future. Right now it s very limited which is a bummer.

Standard trashcan is barely big enough to put one garbage bag in, commingled recycling is so ridiculously limited it s not even worth calling in a recycling bin, and they charge to take away green waste and I can which is the most ridiculous thing I ve ever heard. Having moved here from CA, it wasn t until just now that I was embarrassed of services offered an Oregon.

it s quite disappointing and sad going from living in a smaller town just a few miles away to a larger city only to have services and options for recycling drastically reduced. It s hard to understand how a smaller town can offer such better solutions for residents who care. I m sure it boils down to profit. I will have to adjust and take trips to the recycle center in the next town over. An effort I m sure most residents in medford surely don t have the option to do. I truly hope your company moves toward offering more recycling options for the people of medford as they become available or profitable to you. Other cities are making the effort for the environment, not necessarily for profit. Where there s a will there s a way. Your company motto is we do that . But you only offer to recycle four items and glass has to be dropped off. Very very sad for residents of medford.

For the fourth out of six weeks, my trash bin is still full. Looking at my neighbors trash last night, mine was positioned exactly the same as theirs, but mine is still there...again. I am unsure what I am paying for because they continue to charge and not take it. I am issuing a complaint with the BBB since my email to them has been unanswered. I will also be doing research to see what options are available to change providers. If you have the ability to remove your own trash, I strongly recommend it.

Heidi in customer service is very helpful. But recycling is horrible. We moved to a rental home after living in an apartment and we're not educated on what is recyclable. I called Heidi and she was helpful. However after a month of waiting for our recycling to be picked up, on the third pickup since moving in they took our can. I had made absolutely sure everything in there was correct. Rinsed out cans and #1 and 2 plastics with lids removed and corrugated cardboard. I'm livid.

Response: I am aware of the restrictions (now). However my can was repossessed after 2 pickups. My third pickup, which was perfect, was not even considered before repossession. The first pickup, I did not even know when the recycling truck came through as we had JUST moved in, let alone the restrictions we needed to follow. I'm surprised my can was repossessed so quickly. I didn't even have time to learn the procedures. My can should be returned. I was doing my part in communicating with Heidi to learn.I had been on the phone with her both times to figure out the problem. It seems someone was just having a bad day and took it out on my family.
