Heidi in customer service is very helpful. But recycling is horrible. We moved to a rental home after living in an apartment and we're not educated on what is recyclable. I called Heidi and she was helpful. However after a month of waiting for our recycling to be picked up, on the third pickup since moving in they took our can. I had made absolutely sure everything in there was correct. Rinsed out cans and #1 and 2 plastics with lids removed and corrugated cardboard. I'm livid.

Response: I am aware of the restrictions (now). However my can was repossessed after 2 pickups. My third pickup, which was perfect, was not even considered before repossession. The first pickup, I did not even know when the recycling truck came through as we had JUST moved in, let alone the restrictions we needed to follow. I'm surprised my can was repossessed so quickly. I didn't even have time to learn the procedures. My can should be returned. I was doing my part in communicating with Heidi to learn.I had been on the phone with her both times to figure out the problem. It seems someone was just having a bad day and took it out on my family.
