Jason was a great help today. My phone was damage so I had to get a new one. He took the time to explain my upgrade options, what the new plan would cost with each phone, and helped transfer everything from my old phone onto my new one. Very professional and very helpful. Thanks Jason!

Their associate was unprofessional. As soon as i walked in the door he yelled at me to sit down because there's people waiting ahead of me. I was not aware of this as there was no one in line.

I had to wait over 45 minutes to return equipment to them. I am truly glad I am leaving rogers. Their customer service is terrible. Especially at this store.

After the associate yelled at me, he went to the back never to return.

This is one of the worst companies to have ever operated in Canada. Terrible service and even more importantly customer service. Absolutely terrible. I was charged over $500 wrongfully and even though they admitted the error, they have still to refund me the money. I cannot believe this company is still in business.

Ali, from Facebook Message Customer Support went above and beyond the call of duty, fitting my family with the perfect plan and new phones, showing me that this company I have been with for years is worth another 2 yr. Contract. The small changes and adjustments are fair, explained fully and on top of that, after I had already agreed to a plan, offered me even more at no cost!!
