Great service, great products. Got a bunch of glasses from here and they're high quality and look lovely. The mixing spoons are cool too
Great selection of bar equipment and chesper than Amazon.
The greatest place on earth. I wish I could move in here.
the products are amazing, but customer service is horrible, bought a leopold jigger, payed for fast shipping, it took over a month to arrive, when i pressed them it turned out they never shipped it and offered no adjustments for the fact i payed alot for shipping. when i received a gift card from them via my girlfriend the code they gave me was invalid.
Beautiful store! But I would simply never come back because the service there was so lousy. Walked in, and the store was empty. The guy working there barely looked up from his computer the whole time we were there. Even though we were only 2 people in the store, the staff didn t give a damn... If we asked any questions about the products he seemed to be annoyed just to answer. He made me feel so uncomfortable while we were there, that I just wanted to leave.
I bought online, I had a great time. The material received as described in addition to the remarkable punctuality and seriousness in customer assistance.
Hard to find entrance... have to take an elevator to the fifth floor of a building which seems to only house an office on that floor. However, if you take note of the multiple signs printed on sheets of paper, the showroom can be found through the office space. The store space is quite small, and somewhat limited, however the man working at the counter was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped me pick out a book and even gave me a free tote bag with my purchase.
Small showroom but they have the absolute best barware available. Knowledgeable staff.
Cocktail Kingdom is a wonderful resource that mainly serves the trade, rather than the public. Located in a nondescript office building, the recently renovated showroom deploys their style with dark wood and frosted glass. Standard business hours (M-F daytime only, closed weekends) demonstrates that they're not chasing a retail public. Their inventory is helpful, and always expanding. The variations on bar spoons are many! Similar for other key products. An important stop for the professional or serious hobbyist.
The best, highest quality tools you'll find anywhere...I love this place!
Ethan B. at CK went above and beyond to help us with a last minute NYE's bar need. Thank you Cocktail Kingdom for working with us to make this New Year's event a true success.
A really fun time for cocktail geeks. Great selection of products, friendly staff, and if you're nice they'll let you peruse their cocktail book library.
Felicia was amazing and I love her. I've been gone from the store for a half hour and I miss her already. So so helpful. I need her to help me make all my life decisions the way she helped me today.
Check out their awesome showroom. Everything you could imagine (and more)!
It stands out in bartender tools, but not in personal attention.
I would not buy on site again.
Bought two items from the website worth $40 and shipping was an additional $13. The items weren't delivered because their website under address 2 just copies the first line instead having my apartment number. I even tried changing it and still did the same exact same thing. UPS was forced to return to sender and when I called customer service to get the item shipped back out to me with the correct address this time, they wanted me to pay for the shipping again. Absolutely ridiculous the way I was treated by the service rep as well especially since I work in a call center myself. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYTHING!
We ordered a bar set worth $180+ as a Christmas present and it never came. Contacted customer service and they said they would send another one, but the thing is, the product was already sold out by the time they said they would send another one so I was really curious as to how they would send a sold out product. They never sent a tracking number or anything so we were supposed to take their word for it. Guess what? The set never came, again. Contacted them again and they said the money would get refunded to the card used to buy it in 2-10 business days, the money never got refunded and it's been two weeks since they said the money would be refunded. My bf has tried contacting their customer service every day since then to get the money refunded at the very least and still nothing. It's really frustrating that they've dropped the ball because the products are really nice but their operations and customer service don't align. Most likely will tell any bartender in San Diego to never purchase from them ever again. If they have any good customer service at all, they will refund the money to us.
Their office includes a retail section where you can see, touch and ask about their wide variety of items in person.
Went to their physical store to see all their products in person. Great variety of mixology products. Definitely check out either their online store or stop by their physical one.
I bought two 'stainless steel' jiggers. Used them once, washed them and they rusted. They are NOT stainless steel as advertised. Total ripofff. Do not recommend.
A good place to grab some cocktail essentials, but the people doing the actual selling were a bit too uptight for me. Wasn't a relaxed atmosphere and felt a bit looked down upon.
You are literally walking through their offices to get to the store area. Everyone else on the floor that worked for the place was fantastic though! I had a large bag that I felt awkward putting down and instead of the guys in the office making me feel strange about it as they walked around me they told me to not worry about it.
Cocktail picks cost 9.95 (which are 4 inches and only weigh a few ounces) and shipping is over $12-about $19 if you buy from their store on Amazon? That is a major over-charge and customer service would not budge over this pricing.
