I am sure that Roger Fazendin Realtors has good realtors working for the firm. However, we dealt with one of their realtors today, Judith Roberts, who was extremely unethical. We thought Judith Roberts was negotiating in good faith and ethically today. Our realtor and Judith negotiated back and forth, the final text Judith sent to our realtor was that her clients had agreed to the purchase price, and signed off on the agreement. Her direct quote at 1:30 pm was "I will get everything over to you later today period. I wrote a counter for..... final approval by 4/6, closing 4/27." She said she was sending it over. However, she never sent it. Later in the day 6:30 pm she texted our realtor and said the deal was off because she accepted a different offer -- after she had agreed to our offer in a verbal agreement and by text.
We had an agreement in writing, by text. The way Judith Roberts does business is unethical.
