Unreliable. Staff do not do their due diligence. Director is dishonest and aggressive if challenged beyond her capacity. They only give verbal guarantees but will not put anything in writing if they know they are wrong. If there are other travel agencies then shop around.

Wonderful website marred only by the online chat function which is never actually "online". The "check availability" function also doesn't work as the only way to check availability for a holiday package, I've been told is to go in person to one of ROCS offices. Pointless!

I would like to thanks Ryan Jordan for his efficient support. I was already customer of Rocs insurance and I would like to underline that in this particular occasion which I found myself in need to open straight away a car insurance my luck wanted, when I phoned Rocs, that I was assisted by Ryan. Thanks to him I managed to do everything by mail quickly, smoothly and just go and pick up my new insurance. Excellent customer service, very happy about it. Well done. Highly recommended.

Not good service i sent a request via email after I was there and nobody replied, however, went to a different company which was very good and spent my money there

I cant complain about their service but I complained strongly about the insurance body they insure their customers with. If you travel with them make sure you get another insurance because I was offered a measly ammount which I was so much insulted that I tore the check up. J
