This Insurance broker has the worst customer service of any business I have used. They over charged me on my insurance and when I called to inquire the customer service rep was rude and raised his voice. He did correct himself when I advised him to watch his tone. No apology for their mistake and no acknowledgement that they lied on a previous call I made.
I would recommend using a different broker.
Quite frankly the best experience I've had in regards to car insurance in the 10 years that I've been driving in Canada. I haven't had to file any claims (knock on wood) so I can't say anything about that. My only comment on improvement would be that the agents don't always give you some information unless you ask. Overall, 2 thumbs up.

I use aon for professional liability insurance my insurance is due Oct 1st, 2019. As everyone knows you must have liability insurance to practice. I filled out the forms and emailed them in Sept 11th, 2019. Despite my emails asking about the status, I received no replies Likely because they know email is legally allowed in court. I called in and spoke to aon reps 3x. They told me my policy would be ready on time not to worry. Needless to say my policy is still not ready, so I was forced to go with another insurer. This did not stop aon from charging me anyway. Please don't trust aon they are not professional, reliable or even a ligit business they are crooks. I paid up for insurance that I get my policy immediately.
Aon insurance is absolutely terrible. They do not return calls. Been trying to cancel a policy and cannot get anyone to answer the phones let alone call me back. I would highly recommend using a different company.
