All the staff are very kind, and the place is really beautiful

The staff is out going and explained the
room the programs are in. Told me that you can just walk in a class even if it has started.

Very attractive location and amenities, the staff are friendly too.

Great place for both an adult workout and a family workout. The group fitness class instructors are fun and motivating!

Great fitness programs and facility, many summer camps for kids, continually updating fitness equipment, and more importantly awesome staff members.

I love this place but they can be a little races at times I guess they're not used to seeing so many people color but they have people of color on staff

Bustling, community oriented gym. Many classes offered continuously, comprehensive weight training and aerobic equipment, pools and plenty of staff...

Back after a year of COVID and....
- Staffing is less than usual even though people are coming back after vaccinations. They need to bring the crew back. The lack of staffing is obvious.
- Enforcement of mask wearing and wiping down machines in non-existent. Most people have taken to wiping things down BEFORE they use them. The big signs saying "Wipe down after use" aren't working.
- Cleaning obviously isn't being done as much as needed. The cupholders on the circuit machines were all stuffed with used wipes that were at least 24 hours old. Ewww.
- They threw out an entire set of circuit machines and replaced it with a crossfit style rack that maybe 4 or 5 people can use at once. A fad is a fad. Now let's get back to serving the local community which tends to trend older and won't get anywhere near that monstrosity. Crossfitters will and do go elsewhere.
- The monthly charge is about 2x 3x what Planet does but but the elliptical machines make so much noise you don't want to use them. That probably goes back to the aforementioned staffing issues.

I still love the place and go every day but frequently leave there feeling annoyed and a little grossed out. They can, and have, done better.

I am not fond of their visitor hours which are before noon on the weekend.

It's a wonderful place I sign up for Christmas I am blessed my kids didn't get everything they wanted but we're blessed

Great place! From basketball to swimming to aerobics, you can find something that you like. Good people too, good place

Nice up to date facility. Clean, plenty of parking, kid friendly in a safe neighborhood.

Complete YMCA, active with lots of family activities. Weight room, pool, and summer programs as well.

I have two special needs children. The day care workers were wonderful while my husband and I relaxed!

Love the facility and the space! It never gets crowded because the place is just huge with more than enough equipments. Whether you re a soccer/basketball player or any sport, you ll find the equipments and the space to do your own training. The pool, the hot tab and the locker rooms are always kept clean!!

Their COVID plan for summer camp was tremendous. Our 5 year old had a great, socially distanced and safe summer!

it's a great place to go if you want to constantly have to look over your shoulder and watch what either a staff member or patron are going to do wrong next. I've had things stolen and vandalized by the staff and patrons. what a sad place. when i wrote a written complaint, no one responded. they act real nice but you can tell they're just fake and abusive people. what a shame to have to deal with people like that. I'd give the rating a negative 5 stars or more if i could. anyone who is saying anything positive about this place is from the planet Mars and has no concept of truth.

I really do enjoy this gym. It's just that the monthly payment is a lot. It's way over my budget.

Great classes and a variety of equipment. My only complaint would be the dirtiness/stench of the restrooms and the fact that some people treat the gym like it is their personal gym and take up a ton of space being not thoughtful of others.

Anthony at the front desk is rude. Their policy about no guests past noon on weekends should be amended.

This gym is the worst! Avoid at all costs. The instructors are so rude to new members and they gossip like crazy when they re alone. I was in the bathroom and I heard two of them talking about a member in the worst way. You can find so many other gyms around here that are better.

Up to date workout equipment. A place for daycare is nice. Indoor pool, classes throughout the day. Overall great spot for a workout, although a little pricy compared to other gyns.

Amazing place but we could not go there due to covid 19 u half to schedule it and I think that's kinda weird because before u could walk right in of u had a membership but now I have to schedule ahead I don't think so but it's ur choice they do have showers and hair dryers but I'm not sure if the family room is open but it a very amazing place I love the y it's my favorite place to go in the summer I was a little bummed out because I didn't get to go this year but I'll try next year amazing place I love it u should definitely go there pls listen to my suggestion but try it out urself it the best i definitely give this place 5 stars

This is the most amazing Y I've ever seen! It's huge and comprehensive in its offerings. There are tons of classes available for just about any gym-related need. There are multiple pools, one of which is a zero drop pool that's no deeper than 3.5 ft. The pool area is warm and the water is a pleasant temp (and it's clean!).

There is a free weight room with all the usual items. There is a large cardio area with treadmills, stair and ladder climbers, stationary bikes, and an indoor track.

They also have running trails on their grounds and a fairly large playground.

The staff is well trained, friendly, and incredibly helpful.

The parking lot is huge but parking is challenging if you're hoping for a spot close to the entrance.

If you make a decent salary this is the place to go. It's expensive. There a kids water slide and pool. Nice gym and basketball courts. Classes. The usual ymca.

Staff goes the extra mile to make sure you re getting the experience you re looking for and information you need.

This place is the best. Like fr fr, the pool is larger than Havertown YMCA. The life guards are really kind. Everything's clean. I'll be coming back here again.

They do a great job of keeping the place clean and adhering to the cdc guidelines.

Friendly staff excellent equipment and very very clean

This place /rocks/ (finger guns)... Good trails behind the gym for hiking/trail running, well maintained pool for doing laps, well stocked gym. Only real qualm is they have an olympic lifting pad, but no oly(bumper) plates, so they don't allow olympic lifting.

when trying to swim, it is frustrating to get bumped by all kinds of "lessons" and other activities.

My son loves it! I will consider enroll my daughter

Customer service is great. But there are too many young kids running around on the fitness floor. They hop from machine to machine and are loud. They play on equipment.

Friendly and helpful staff and very clean. The only YMCA I ll go to.
