I got an ear full from one of the girls in customer service. Basically she doesn t care to be there apparently. I just put an order in and next thing I know, the girl was going on about how she doesn t like her job, she s sad but needs the money.

I went to go pick up kits from there office and was I ever shocked at their professionalism. The girl who brought me the kits was wearing ripped jeans and tank top, I saw a girl puking outside, the way they talk to you is very rude, I saw alot of people on their phones with gloves on, no lab coats, how unhygienic is that. For a medical company I was shocked.

I have ordered tests from a few labs in the US in the past and had very good turn around times and excellent customer service. I was expecting results in at least 11 business days, which is a long time in comparison to the 3 to 5 day wait with ZRT labs in the US. I was very ill and needed results. Trying to talk to anybody at Rocky Mountain is impossible as the front end staff will shield the staff from any contact. They will only talk to your doctor's office. Emails don't get responded to, if they do it takes weeks. I ended up having the test done with ZRT labs and got the results the same WEEK I sent it in. I am still in a dispute with Rocky Mountain as they assured me I would not be charged. Then they charged me. I took legal action, they said they would refund in a few days. That was a month ago. I believe they are going through growing pains and got big to fast and can't handle it right now.

Great company to work with. Knowledgeable staff and sales rep that go above and beyond with so much knowledge to share and teach. Efficient and great turn around times on all their tests. Offer a great selection of advanced testing.

Professional, provided clear information regarding...

Professional, provided clear information regarding the results from my tests. Instructions were easy to follow and therefore I was able to provide proper samples for the lab to work with. I would recommend their services to anyone wanting to work with their doctor to take better control of their health

I can t believe their procedures.

I can t believe their procedures.
I wasted time and money on a test kit, only to have them reject it cause they re saying my name wasn t on the label. There was NO spot to put the name.
There were lines to put in the type of same, the time of collection, etc. And also, you have to send in your requisition form anyway which has your name and other information on it! I certainly didn t recall seeing a name field on there. I would have put something, even the type of test, which seems more appropriate since you re sending in forms in the same envelope.

Now I have to go all the way to the naturopathic doctors office again, buy the $50 provoking agents to do the test again, waste more time and gas money all because of a ridiculous procedure. The provoking agent has side effects to so know I have to endure them again for days.

So they say that they re worried about miss-identified samples? That s a ridiculous excuse when everything comes sealed and sent together, especially in this case with a cold pack. Even if there was a problem, why not call me or my naturopathic doctors office to confirm that I did send in the items myself. Typical lazy and ridiculous Canadian health system that we have.

I'm not sure about the testing that they perform but (haven't reached that stage yet as I can't get anyone to answer my questions), all I can say is that you best have a practitioner who explains everything very well the first time because you will probably never get answers from RMA. I've emailed them through their website 5 days ago and, after no response, I tried calling today. I have been on hold for 45 minutes and counting. For $300 per test, I would hope they could afford to hire someone to at least answer the phone, if not return emails. Basic customer service is EXTREMELY lacking. If I can find another lab that will do this test, I'll be contacting them.

Thank you RMA Labs for all you do! You have been easy to work with and allow me to do my job better. My patient's appreciate the depth, the consistency and level of comprehension that your testing provides. I appreciate talking to Dr. Joe if there are any challenges or new things that show up unexpectedly with my patients. I appreciate working with Pam, their rep that works with professionals. Pam is one of the very few reps I have given my personal cell number to. I am in good hands with RMA Labs!!!
