I'm not sure about the testing that they perform but (haven't reached that stage yet as I can't get anyone to answer my questions), all I can say is that you best have a practitioner who explains everything very well the first time because you will probably never get answers from RMA. I've emailed them through their website 5 days ago and, after no response, I tried calling today. I have been on hold for 45 minutes and counting. For $300 per test, I would hope they could afford to hire someone to at least answer the phone, if not return emails. Basic customer service is EXTREMELY lacking. If I can find another lab that will do this test, I'll be contacting them.
