Sport Bounce of Loudoun Review

Very good venue for a young kids birthday. Many different apparatus for the kids to bounce on and slide down. Also, there is a foosball table, an air hockey table and an extra activity room, that I think is for the younger kids. After 30 minutes of bouncing, they put the kids in this wind tunnel- like machine that they seemed to enjoy, and then they get another 30 minutes to bounce. They then have a picture of all the kids on a large red chair, and it's time to eat. They have two party areas, so one is being used for a party, while the other one is getting ready for the next party. The kids all seemed to have a blast, and the staff take care of sheparding the kids, keeping all the gifts together, etc.. Would definitely recommend it.

Awesome place for kids birthday parties! Lots of Fun slides and bounces, good food options and great open space to have parties.

Attended a party recently. Service is slow and horrible. Very understaffed. They had only 2 staff members for a party of about size 100 (40 kids and 60 adults). Food was served late, guests were pressured to eat and leave in a hurry. Most of the food ordered was not even served properly at the party room. Would not recommend this place at all !!.

Attended a Birthday Party for a friend's kid at Sport Bounce of Loudoun. This place does have enough bounce equipment for kids older than 2, but I would watch my 2 year old as the slides do look challenging for a 2 year old. Plus there are always older kids running around and it is best to be vigilant and avoid a collision.

The kids did have a good time (so did I going down a few slides). But the condition of the equipment is sub par at best - many of the bounce equipment have holes or the outer surface is frayed or spliced; so you can hear and feel the air leaking thru the holes. This let to some of the bounce equipment losing some integrity and would sag a bit more than ideal situations.

Also, the staff is generally not interested in assisting you and busy among themselves behind the counter.

Management needs to fix/replace the equipment ASAP to improve the condition of this place.

Had so much fun here for a friend's kids birthday party! Would love to come back with a group of adults, especially if we were allowed to drink!

Great place to take the kids on rainy or cold days, especially during the school year when the big kids aren't around. It is closed all weekend for private parties. Noticed that they have replaced the bouncy house geared towards toddlers, which was a nice improvement.

They try to rip you off by asking for you a tip for the party attendant at the register. Doesn't Sport Bounce pay the attendants from the money we pay for the packages, which includes compensation for the attendant? How many times over should you pay for the attendant? It's a total scam. They even have envelopes on the front counter that say "A Gift for You." And they say on their website that the recommended tip for the attendant is 15% to 18% of the bill. On a $560.00 bill??? Are they insane? They're very greedy. Don't fall for it.

Great place for a birthday! Nice staff, clean...very entertaining for the whole family without being too crowded or noisy. Good balance.

My son loves it here! There are so many options for him to choose from! Never a dull moment! The staff is super helpful and kind! Very clean facility too!

I love the idea of sports bounce but the duration of stay can be increased to make it even better

It was a decent place. It says it has a toddler section and they do, it's just hard for them to get in some places and I thought there would be people around the bounce castles, but there wasn't . Again, not a fault of their own, just an expectation I was expecting. Honestly if you have 4 and up kiddos it's an awesome place, but anyone younger than that it's not as fun for them . The service was nice!

Good place to go and have a party. Self contained and enough for kids to do.

Fabulous place to take the kids! Spacious and clean and plenty of quality equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. I ve taken the kids to the open jump twice this summer. Great way to keep them entertained and active, especially on a rainy day.

Great place to have Birthday party! I kept my son's party here. The kids had fun. Hostess was very friendly and helpful.

Clean and fun place to let your child release all that energy! You have the option of just watching your child or playing with them on the moon bounces. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy bathrooms. $10 for 90 minutes may seem pricey to some, but your child will be thoroughly worn out by then.
I would recommend your child wear light pants as to avoid friction burns on their legs.
My daughter turns into a ball of excitement when she finds out we're taking her here.

My toddler loves playing here! There's many bounce houses, slides, a play room with toys and rock climbing wall and a snack room.

Great place for a birthday party. My daughter had a great time jump, jump, jumping!
It is also great that they also have an area for children that don t want to jump.

The kids had a great time here at Sport Bounce.

We arrived at 10AM and the kids had a lot of time to themselves. Between 11:00-11:30 more people showed up, but it didn't get too crowded.

There are plenty of things to bounce on and play on. My kids ran around each of them, having a great time. My oldest son (13) had fun, although it likely is meant for younger kids.

Not as large as Monkey Joe's, but very fun for my kids. They had a great time bouncing and running around.

My 3 year old grandson loves this place. We go at least once a week and he most always finds a friend to play with. The two women that run the place are very sweet and friendly

Good ,clean and open space.Plenty of things to do for guest even if they have small kids.Attended bday party it was fun n plenty of time to eat and play.Staff was friendly and helpful.
Much better experience than Pump it up Manassas VA.

We got there 12:15pm and ladies didn t tell us they close store at 1pm our school brought 15 kids and just got informed we got to leave. Gave them bit of complaints and got 15 more mins. But our staffs still lift eyebrows. Noticed place is under new owner.

Newer owners and much improved options for party food....bye bye dominos!!

My 3 year old had a blast attending a birthday party here.

They told us discounted price 10 or more. And few days later 25 or more. They don't even remember it. So we decided to go 'Kids Plaza' 1mile away. $5 for campers with 10 or more. We learn from bad business. Thanks sport bounce.

This is truly a wonderful secret just waiting to be discovered! We had a birthday party for our two year old daughter at Sport Bounce and it was the best party we've had so far for both adults and kids! It was a great place for adults to have fun and pretend like they're kids again jumping on all the bouncy equipment and even go on the two big slides which were loads of fun. As you can imagine, if adults had so much fun the kids had even more fun with the whole place to themselves for the party. If bouncing didn't appeal to the kids, there was one big room with all kinds of toys and play equipment for kids as well as a small train that kids can ride on and control it manually. A party assistant is assigned to each party and ours was truly exceptional. I believe his name was Michael. They greeted us at the entrance and showed us where to put all our coats and shoes and decorations (since we had wanted a specific theme, we brought our own). The "check in" process was very quick and we were off to play in just a couple minutes. The party assistant decorates the party area as well for your party with their own materials or if you want specific themes and decorations, you can bring them and they will use those. After an hour or so of bouncing time, they make an announcement and gather everyone into the kids play room to take a picture on the HUUUGE inflated red chair with all the kids. After that everyone heads to the party area to have food. Prior to the date of the event they send you an email explaining everything and asking for any food orders that you'd like for the party. You have to get the pizzas through them as well as the drinks however you can bring in your own cake or go through them for that as well. You can't bring in any other food. However everything is spelled out in their email and they even accomodate any last minute changes very graciously as the total number of guests we had kept increasing! Overall it was a great place, and I will definitely recommend it to both adults and kids!

I had my daughter's 7th birthday party here and it was perfect!!!!She and all her friends had a great time. The place was so clean and nice. It was private so we had it all to ourselves. Sydney, Chris, and Emily. Did a fantastic job. I was so happy. I highly recommend this place for any event!

Absolutely love bringing the children I babysit for here for their open gym! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, not to mention the facility is clean and well kept! Love supporting small businesses that do it right! Keep it up Sport Bounce!

This place is great for kids! Staff are very friendly and helpful! Enjoyable for kids of all ages and adults are free.This facility is clean, open, and has many windows so that it is bright with natural light.They have an air hockey and foosball table along with huge bouncy inflatables. The hours for open bounces are perfectly kept as they have special openings during holidays and school closures.

This is the 2nd birthday party we ve held at this venue. I think it s pretty well run overall. You know the costs in advance and aren t surprised at the end since the details are taken care of thru email. The kids and birthday girl had a good time which is the most important thing. There are a few things that could be improved upon. Wrist bands should be given 5 minutes before the start time since they are very strict with the single hour of bounce. My party had to wait five minutes past our start time even though most of our party arrived 5 to 10 minutes early and the last party was running over. We weren t given extra time at the end of our bounce hour to make up for it. I had to wait at least 15 minutes to get into the party room to set up. While I appreciate my party assistant cleaning up before my set up, again I was delayed because the last party was running late and she couldn t clean up while they were still in there. Our party got delayed because of the previous party but not compensated in time or costs. Gianna our party assistant was helpful and friendly to the kids so IMO she earned the tip amount that I chose to give her. I agree with another poster that asking 10 to 15% of a $500 bill is excessive for a little less than two hours of work. While I can understand ordering pizza and other food thru the venue, I think we should be allowed to bring our own beverages because I think Capri suns are very unhealthy and we should be able to give our guests full sized bottle waters. Lastly, the large slide system in the front near the entrance should have mats in front of the landing area for safety. The little ones sometimes end up landing on their bottoms or hands first trying to catch themselves and the floors are hard. All that said, this is one of the few venues that offer private parties and is good about the preplanning and billing.

They accept group of 100 kids during open gym without their own staff. I mean non at all.

Great place for kids to blow off steam or have a birthday party. Low key place but the kids have a blast. Has a cafe but it seems to only be opened at limited times.

Best palce for kids to jump around and birthday parties

Great indoor bounce playground for the little ones. Especially on cold or rainy days. Open gym hours are very minimal. Still would recommend, but better open gym hours would be needed for 5 stars. Tip: get a pass for 10 visits and save $30 off the normal entry price!

Agree with the other reviews on cleanliness part. Had a great party couple of years back, with a very energetic and well-organized coordinator so went back this year for another birthday party... a Huge Disaster!!

It's hard to express what a huge waste of money the party was! The coordinator could not be any less disinterested and disoriented... all the time her body language was like 'when is this going to end!!' I understand their job can get a bit mundane, but man you are charging a fortune from your clients, so please... Take Interest!! The group photo was taken in absolute haste, came out blurred!!! The coordinator was clearly not capable of handling the work and was fumbling with stuff all the time. I had to keep helping her with refills etc.. My guests had to help her with the cake and distribution!! Talking of the cake, I was not even informed that the candles are about to be blown... I rushed to be by my daughter's side when she was cutting the cake... Embarrassing as it was, the coordinator comes to me only to tell me that I had gone 5 minutes over the scheduled time.... I am busy with my guests and a little one to take care of, could you PLEASE keep me informed during the party and tell me 10 minutes in advance that the time is going to be up so that I can start preparing?

One of the little guests went out on the inflatables during food time... I understand that is 'not allowed' but how about politely requesting instead of being rude??? Finally, we all had to hurry out... some guests did not even get a chance to have the cake! my guests found the experience as forgettable (or 'unforgettable') as I did. Neither any of them nor I would ever go back to that place again, other than just some open bouncing time. Clearly not worth the huge amount of money spent for birthday parties. A huge waste of $$!!

Nice place. The children had a lot of fun. The service was excellent.

Could never recommend. Feces all over the place. I know b/c I brought a test kit that tests for fecal bacteria. Call me OC, but I do not like feces. The adults all ways disappear behind the counter, and workers there seem to be selling some thing that costs way too much for my blood. One time a worker there offered to show me some interesting things in back and looked right at my crotch! I'm a man but love my wife. Not safe for kids unless you are in to feces for sport.

A lot of things to do for the little ones. Birthday parties and many bounces. They have air hockey table, basketball ball, and other little games in the facility. It will be great for little ones but no so much for older kids. Nice and clean place.

Don't expect that they will serve all the food you ordered. Some of it will be sitting at the front desk and will not be served untill you specifically ask for it.
Not worth the overpriced party.
Also they charge lot more for oversized parties but cannot servd the higher number of guests properly.

No one asked you for discount, just did not want to pay for something that I did not get. Oversized party will have 20+ pizza wings and tenders, you charged us more to serve them on time. But couldn't as you didn't had enough staff even though we paid more for it.
