Rockwell Land Corporation - Rockwell Primaries Development Corporation Reviews

I purchased a condo from them in April 2018 and paid cash. It's MAY 2019 and I still have not received the title. Each time I talk to Leigh at secondary sales I keep getting, "We are watching this closely and you will be notified when it comes in." Starting to wonder since I was originally told it would be a couple of months, then it would be a few more months, then was told it would be another month, then I had to give them more money since my checks expired (cashier checks only last 6 months) then I was told it would be 60 days from the time of giving them cash, then I was told it would be waiting for me when I got back on May 15th 2019, (you see why I have hesitations about this property company?) and still have not received the title for the condo I gave them cash for.

Rockwell Land's condominiums and other residential structures are really for high end users. They also target the upper mid market. If you can, have the time to visit the prestigious Powerplant Mall for the model units they have for their new project, The Proscenium.

This company is beyond ordinary.. There are more focus on thier talents. Love this company ever..

I was coming from the US to view a unit. I was clear that I would be in town for only a few days. I set up an appointment to see a unit with Leigh A. She never showed up. When I tried calling her I never received a response. I waited and tried again, no answer. This was the main unit I was interested in viewing but after I was stood up and realized I wasted a trip from the US, I decided to go with another company. I would highly recommend getting 2 or 3 appointments from different sales agents if planning on viewing units here.

The only peaceful place I love in Makati. High end -yes. High cost of living - yes. Secured condominiums-yes. Friendly staffs-yes. Accessible-yes. A great place for jogging even as early as 5 am. You will see a group of seniors somewhere around, the familiar faces of everyday joggers, and some who accompany their pet dogs for a morning walk.
