Great website and amazing service. UI is great and simple. Clutter free. Customer service or concierge service is perfect for those people who like companies who still care about the customer service aspect of a business. Several of their hotels charged me double fares for my one night stay. It is not worth the aggravation and time it took me to get a refund 6-9 months later. In full disclosure, I think this was more the hotels wrongdoing but I do wish rocketmiles controlled this better.

I travel to the west coast at least once a month and have enjoyed booking with Rocket Miles. I've earned more than 50,000 miles in my first year just by shopping this site as my first choice for booking. Competitive pricing and lots of hotels to choose from in great neighborhoods in LA and San Francisco.

I do not recommend Rocketmiles as this company will take your money then try charging you extra upon arrival. And the service is consistent when it comes to their employees are all extremely rude not to mention Jella A Agent number 041618.

Incredibly easy to filter searches by miles/points and get the most out of my bookings. Rocketmiles is the quickest way to score more reward travel.

Rocketmiles is great. I used it for a 3 night stay in New York and got 9,000 extra miles (plus another 5,000 promotional miles), all for the same price as any other website. Miles showed up on my account a few weeks later, no hiccups. Makes you wonder why you would use any other site

Southwest Airlines should be ashamed of themselves for partnering with this company. I won t go as far as to say they re fraudulent but they come very close. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.

Bait and switch. They send out promotional emails to previous customers constantly. They advertise a 5000 mile bonus and then the booking wont go through after wasting an hour of your time. Only when you call customer service do they inform you of the fine print that says the bonus is only for 1st time customers!?? Then why did you send me the DAMNED email.

I strongly urge people to do more research before booking anything through this company. The rates are extremely inflated. Over two nights they over charged me by $170 CND when I compared directly to what the hotel would have charged as a walk in. You can find this out by asking the hotel at check in or check out for a receipt from them and rates. Rocket Miles will tell You not to do this or try to tell you the hotel is lying. They like to claim it as a rare occurrence, however it happened two nights in a row and likely happens to everybody. They make money by ripping people off. You can book through the majority of hotels direct for much less than Rocket Miles charged. They are scamming people with the idea of Miles. You can also likely collect the same Miles as they offer you at most locations. The customer service is terrible once they have your money and they are not very motivated to resolve customer concerns once they have your money either. I WILL NOT use them again and DO NOT recommend them to anybody. Book your hotels yourself either direct or through a reputable third party and save money and still get miles. Airline reward programs should also do more research before partnering with companies like this. It gives everyone a bad reputation.#aeroplan
