I used to really like this insurance agency, but then I was reassigned to a different private client representative and I am no longer pleased with my service and likely will shop around during the next renewal cycle. I just find that my new representative is unresponsive and not overly helpful--she is also kind of rude in email communications. I would have gone with another insurance agency, but because my car insurance is with them, my quote on a homeowner's policy was the most affordable.

My employer uses this company to manage our flexible spending accounts. The employees at this agency are rude and hard to deal with. They require documentation for every bill and purchase. I understand the need for receipts for some bill/purchases, but they have requested it for obvious medical bills (hospital bills). Some of my co-workers have not been asked for any receipts/documents. I'm not sure why I'm required to prove every purchase/bill while others are not...I've had other flexible spending accounts with other agencies and it has never been this difficult. I will not be signing up next year.
