Our food was outstanding and arrived quickly although it was very busy. The service was excellent. Since it is right off the beach, all forms of dress were seen.

Worst service by Edward. I ordered, a filet medium rare, they overcooked it to well. It was a 4oz steak, they exchange it for a steak frites which I asked for to be made medium rare. They brought it back uncooked. Then they charged me for the disgusting unseasoned sliders. We had a table of 7 people and a complete disaster not to mention the apathetic and malcontent service. What a disgrace!

Food and service was ok but not super impressive. I ordered the mahi sliders that were highly recommended by our waitress, but they were just ok.

Fantastic place to eat and socialize down in MB. Great staff, very on point with service and drink refills and knowledge of menu. Restaurant was very clean considering the amount of customers. Including the restroom. Food was very very good. Calamari appetizer was hot and fresh, definitely not frozen you can always tell. I had the rockfish blackened over asparagus and corn two thumbs up . Perfectly cooked seasoned and presented.

Group of 4 in town on a business trip, we all tried something different of the menu and nothing disappointed in the least . From the beverages, to the starters, the entrees, sides and dessert, it was all well made, fresh, delicious and generous. For a packed , yet small space, it didnt get too loud to have great conversation. Definitely recommend for any informal, yet step above gathering

One of my favorite places , the peach martini is my favorite. Loved the steak and our server was friendly , checked on us throughout our meal. Check in on Yelp for a discount on the calamari .

Oak grilled artichoke is amazing. Highly recommended coconut shrimps if you want to try some seafood. Those are true jumbo size.

Nice place and nice area. Made reservations and glad because was crowded. Ordered Ahi Tuna and was done to perfection. If you sit on the upstairs the service can be a little slow but it is bearable.

Highly recommend this place for a nice cool bar location when we were there the AC was up! it was 90 outside ! Food outstanding.

Visited back in may, sailor jerry specialty drink was delicious(forgot its name) as was the calamari and fish. The staff was super friendly and even watched my bags when we went down to the beach for a couple of hours. I will return next visit to LA

I travel weekly and get to experience all kinds of restaurants and find myself looking forward to dining here when I am in town. Had the red fish last week which was phenomenal. Bartenders make locals and business travelers alike feel comfortable.

The food is good. The place is either too loud (outside) or too smushed (inside). Take your pick. But the chowder kills!

Great energy... Unhurried... Good food! I had a cup of chowdah... I'm from Maine and it was legit! Ordered the Kapalua Ribeye with broccollini and substituted the spicy mac & cheese for the default jasmine rice... Wonderful! Perfectly cooked steak and delicious, satisfying sides... A vodka martini with my starter and a terrific red blend with my steak capped off a perfect meal... Service is friendly and attentive... right near the pier in Manhattan Beach... it's a "can't miss"!

First time to California from Texas, very first restaurant we visited, I must say.... they say the bar very high! The food was AMAZING!!

No matter where I go in the world, I don't bother to order clam chowder nor shrimp cocktail because this is the BEST place EVER to get either. Fresh, hot sour dough bread, amazing view, great bar, and wonderful service. I've never had a bad experience.

I needed to refuel on a bike ride and happened on Rock 'N Fish. Very friendly staff and the blackend fish Tacos were great.

The seafood jambalaya was absolutley awesome. Highly recommend this dish. The staff were friendly. Very happy I ate here.

NOT a "family" friendly place at all. They took my sons plate while he was still eating. I only gave 1 star because the beer was actually cold but they never refilled our drinks, food was messy, the staff .... horrible and rushed us to eat. I just felt like I didn't get much out of the $100.00+ dollars I wasted on 3 meals and drinks.

The fish was not fresh and didn't taste good what so ever. The service was super friendly they were apologetic and replaced our order.

I will start with the positives of this experience. The hostess were very welcoming and got us in our table as quickly as possible. The waitress was very attentive and the food came out very quickly. As great as these things were, my wife and I left the restaurant disappointed. The chilled sample was more frozen than chilled. It was a dish that was to be served with king crab legs, 3 prawns, and 4 oysters; however we were only three. I understand that s just a small detail, but given the price we paid we could have at least received the whole starter. I had opted for the surf and turf dinner, while my wife chose the seafood jambalaya. Both dinners were more on the side of luke warm versus a hot meal. The perception I received was the food was being prepped in anticipation of orders, instead of being made to order. This was our first time here and although disappointed they do have a large enough menu where we might give them another chance.

This place is awesome, it's very rare when your not sure which is better the main item or the sides so good!

Excellent service, fresh fantastic food. My soup smelled so good my colleague ordered one after mine was delivered. Everything we ordered was off the charts delicious.
