Very nice staff who were very compassionate. We shopped around for prices and found their prices to be the most affordable.
The staff are very respectful and knowledgeable. The company has their own crematory which allows them to keep the prices down. I didn't feel pressured like I did at the chain funeral homes. I highly recommend their services.

This company in no way cares about their clients or the fact they lost one of the most important people in their lives . Not only did they charge me to have my dad cremated and have the remains separated for two services, to sprea. They charged me for two seperate amounts for my brother and I.
Guess what?? My dad arrives in one bag in a box. Zero of what we agreed upon was done.
Not only that .. the owner has zero face in his company . He answers the phone day one, and then you never here from him again. I was unhappy many times when my dad was in their care, and I never once heard from him.
Day after day the front desk lady had excuse after excuse as to why they had my father still. So sad when you lost a family member and they are literally held hostage.
I was told by hospice it was the slowest forwarding time they had seen.
After many excuses the lady cried to me

I would highly recommend this place for all your cremation and burial needs.. Meara was such a big help and treated us like family.. My brother looked amazing at his viewing and they let us take all the time we needed to say good bye.. thank you for making us feel comfortable in a sad time in our lives.
I came to Arizona looking for a Good Place to live. I never thought I will be in need of this service but it happened. My significant other passed away far far from home. But thanks to AZ Cremation and people like Meara who helped me to pass it through the whole process: collecting the body, ordering the urn, following the signature process, keeping me posted and to keep length of the process within 10 days.
I am truly grateful that I chose this place, they really care about people pain. I couldn't imagine returning home with empty hands. They gave me comfort and took personal attention for what was important to me. I have never received this kind of service before but without any doubt it was the best service. Arizona Cremation and its staff in particularly Meara have my gratitude for ever.
