Awful experience, they wouldn't refund an item that was in perfect condition because my mother found that the item was too small to prepare her food in, even though the box says "extra wide". Lesson learned, buy from a company that has a refund policy with integrity.

Love this department store but the staff have a lot of attitude!
Don't know much about make up but wanted a vegan lip gloss. I found a colour in Mac I liked and asked the sales associate, if it was cruelty free. She said yes but her attitude was a bit off. Purchased it not thinking she would of been dishonest. Did my own research, only to dicover it was not cruelty free. Took it back. They were not apologetic. Didn't want to refund me. Emailed the manager three times, still no response.
The blonde sales assistant from Lancome beauty section has been very rude and abrupt in two separate occasions. She acts like she owns the place. Very off putting and bad representation for such a beautiful brand. Such a shame
On the other hand, Clinique representatives always provide amazing product knowledge and they re always happy to help.
Staff are friendly, however, the prices are quite expensive - especially in the homeware section.

This is a great shopping centre but they really need to solve for the toilet smell issue they've had for years. Not sure what it is but very stinky and unaesthetic.
I love this place. We're so lucky in Brixton to have a proper department store that sells everything from luxury cosmetics to haberdashery items, bed linens,and cookware. You can get beautiful gift wrapping at the perfume counter too - perfect for last minute but thoughtful gifts.

Brought some TATiRi letters and Magnetic tape to stick them on fridge. What a disappointment Magnetic tape does not work . Probably Morley should make sure product does what it says
Warning never purchase a gift card here. I got one that didn't work and they told me too bad nothing I can do about it so lost all the money on it

A great place to go shopping when in Brixton. This department store spans four floors covering most things you could need. Nice shopping experience, friendly and helpful staff and decent prices.

Terrible experience from the Clarins department, and now have the wrong face cream due to her incompetence as the woman on the counter was rude and unhelpful, I expect more from Clairns.
It has four floors and each different with a variety of products is a pleasant place.
I like the haberdashery thread needles very useful and often unavailable. He has nice towels for a gift. And he has a Top Shop dealership, my clothes are my favorites.

Everything yoilu want under one roof. No need to go to Oxford Street. Look out for the sale. If you live in Brixton, the Brixton pound is accepted here.
I come time to time to this Morley mini shopping centre,when using the toilet, sadly the toilet smell has been unpleasant, tissues scattered on the floor It's improving though, when I came to do the shopping here and pop in using the toilet yesterday 16/08/19,it was not too bad,as a matter fact,was quite decent inside the toilet. Keep it up the service.
Customer service is very bad, the cashier are not on their places so you need to go to find a cashier. The rest rooms are dirty. They need to have to clean and tidy.

This is a store that has no character of its own, it's just a series of outlets, like an indoor market. Perhaps it serves the needs of some customers, but in no way is it really a department store any more. My first job, 50+ years ago was here and it was like Grace Brothers in "Are you being served". Nostalgia is not what it used to be.
