It would be nice if they would clean the sidewalks off. They seem to have a Perpetual problem with the sidewalks only being cleaned right in front of the main entrance Prince streets usually a mess and this leads to their parking lot. The other area is the other entrance and stairs in front of it and sidewalk which is rarely cleaned well enough to walk through safely in the nights I've been there

Saw the Lion King here, it was INCREDIBLE! The theater was gorgeous, they had a great system for parking (when you get the parking pass, which wasn't too pricey), the staff were all friendly and helpful, the whole event was very well organized and ran smoothly and timely. Will definitely be going back for productions here in the future!

Seats are small and cramped. If you are taller than 5'9", you will feel the seat in front of you. When the person in front of us laughed, the back of the chair would bang my husband's knees. The seats are so close together that your elbows touch and your legs touch as well. Update the seats and better service. The lines to buy a soda or anything, are so long and slow, you will definitely miss part of the show while in line.

Saw Hamilton here. Excellent venue. Beautiful, very clean. As other reviewers have stated, the seats are tight. Acoustics were excellent. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even when we were the jerks who were running late and got there LITERALLY at the last minute before the show was supposed to start. Hope to be back soon!!

Lovely theater with great shows (big-name Broadway shows, both classic and new) - and don't forget to look for the squirrels painted into the ceiling decorations!

We have seats on the balcony and the sight-lines are great without feeling too far away from the stage. The season tickets aren't cheap, but they're still great value. Also, if you can't make your scheduled ticket date, they're really good at finding you comparable tickets on another date.

There isn't much parking in the theater lot, but there are plenty of places to park within a short walk (from free, if you are early enough, to $5 - and $8 for the theater lot).

They recently installed walk-through metal detectors (like at the airport) to replace the wands they used to use. We experienced them for the first time last night and felt that it hadn't slowed the process down (which were scared it would).

Went to this theater to see Hamilton. The experience itself was fine but the seats were so uncomfortable it made the best show I d ever seen difficult to watch. Drinks were absurdly expensive, but sadly those are just typical theater prices.

Had the opportunity to see Les Mis here for a date night out. Truly a fantastic performance. The building itself is gorgeous. Security wasn't too miserable to get through, and the staff were very helpful in directing us through the theater. Unfortunately, I didn't have an opportunity to try out the concessions available, as we arrived only shortly before the show started, but I did glance at the prices and the offerings seemed reasonable, as well as the prices. I did knock a star off due to the $7 fee for parking on-site - its understandable to some extent, of course, but on the other hand, how much did we already pay for the tickets? It won't stop me from returning for a good show, though.

The plays here are good, and usually don't disappoint. However, I won't be returning any time soon because the theater over served alcohol to other guests, and they were taking loudly and on their phones the whole time, and at the end even shoved us to get out during the standing ovation. Even after multiple other groups complained, the management refused to do anything to quiet the drunken guests down. Highly disappointed, and ruined the whole experience. Horrible management.

As a spot to see a musical I would recommend. Sat right behind sound booth and only once or twice was it hard to hear. Otherwise everything was done well. First tome going, will likely see something again at this location!
