I’m giving Robosoft Technologies in Udupi a one-star rating. While I appreciate the remote work policy, I found the experience lacking overall. There was no real project work to do, and it felt like the company favored South Indian employees during the process.

Robosoft Technologies in Udupi offers decent training for freshers, which is probably the only bright spot. Outside of that onboarding phase, the experience feels pretty flat. While there are projects to work on, they don’t really elevate the overall quality of working here.

I’ve found plenty of opportunities to learn from the talented professionals here. So far, I haven’t found any drawbacks—this is a five-star experience.

Very encouraging pleasant place to work and delivery the project to the clients. Provide complete accountable and ownership to manage the projects. Good higher management support and very intensive and aspiring clients makes the company even better and look ahead to have fruitful journey with the company. I have recommended people to join this company for tremendous growth and prosperity.

Being a human resource of dis Organisation,feel greteful and one and only Software company in Udupi nearly 20 years onwards.I wish it will bcome a top and leading Software company in dis software sector.

I have been to company just for one day, they said they have urgent opening in the other company i.e 99games. Conducted the interview process and got selected for 99games and they said we have the rights to select anyone i.e either robosoft or 99games I selected Robosoft. The same day they said I'm in the first batch that will start on June, but still I haven't got the joining date. Every time I call, the HR will tell " I have spoke to management once I get the joining date I will forward u people", from the month of June HR is saying "I have spoke to management and your joining will be in the next month". still I haven't got the joining date. That means "Management doesnt listen to HR". If you people don't know to manage the recruited candidates then don't hire, atleast they can take part in other company. Don just play with the students by giving fake jobs.

A private limited company designs and development of computer and mobile applications. Applications for ERP and gaming also. Web based applications for hospitals and educational institutions. Development of Software for financial services and advertising agencies.

Robosoft is a beautiful cylindrical building, who's whole outer layer is covered by numerous rectangular mirrors. These make the building very attractive and beautiful. This building is a major landmark at Ashirvad and is situated just beside NH66, which can be seen even in heavy traffic. In front of the superstructure there's a giant chimney made out of baked red bricks. Which was present over there before the Robosoft building was built.

Good place to work in Mangalore, every one knows the office address.

bad incentive policy, after promotion my takehome salary reduced, planing to go incremnents in this year, too much bad reviewss on glasdoor, ok ok boring work here

Great place to work. Friendly ppl here. Nice and flexible working hours. Also provides a lot of activities that free up minds.

"Not consistent" , don't encourage !!! . doesn't have a good relation between head office and this branch , give's false information on recruitment and blows it away by reducing in pay-scale when you report for offer letter . 1 of the worst experience and i suggest not to try in this company as they only focus on their company status and not about the talent .

I have been into the Robosoft interview. It was very interesting and different from normal traditional interview process. This is what I like the most. Very good interview pannel.

Company Building architecture is very good and very good campus. Previously this place was brick factory and it was converted and renovated to one of the finest software company in the coastal area of the Karnataka. I request this company management to start Electronic/Embedded/semiconductor sector also. So that I can work in my native itself.
