Should update the server base to support the players already

Roblox is a very fun game to play! It s just the people who play AND the people who manage it are idiots. The people who play are mainly just all bullies with nothing else to do except bully some poor child with no Robux, (the in-game currency) because it s outrageously over-priced for a game. And the staff members! Don t even get me started on them. They ban the people who reported the bullies! THEY BAN THE PEOPLE WHO GOT BULLIED. Is that okay? Absolutely not in the slightest. There are also thousands of hackers who hack peoples accounts, then those accounts get banned for being hacked. And the child comes back from their playtime, wanting to play some MeepCity, and the message appears as they try to log in. Your account has been banned from Roblox . But aside from those aspects there are many fun games to play that people have spent years working on. So I hope that this has help anyone out there! (Also look up the word hack in the review search bar)

Filter-system crashes every 2 days. I can't operate my game and had to close it. Support is not answering and the problem is still not fixed. Sorry, but this can't be good work. As much as I like Roblox, but this is not acceptable.

The game is great but today I was playing adopt me and I got scammed in a fail trade the persons username was: Javonsmith565 then he left the server he then joined agian and was about t ok do the same thing when I told yhe others he scammed me and told h im to give me my pets back can you please ban him and get my pets back I lost a neon ride rhino, and neon fly ride dragon, and a neon fly ride penguin please get my pets back it took me a long time to get them

Hello! So I m not able to get in my account.. and I spent so much money and they don t really automatically save the password for you and I contact them to see if they could possibly do anything about it and it s been 8 months and still no response! But overall it s a great game you should get it!

Terrible company, had a support staff tell me that my account wasn't compromised. Even though 5 seconds into my email I provided them with screenshots of my account being signed into from someone in a completely different state from me, changing my email, turning off 2FA, and taking everything I had on my account. They gave my account back, and banned the thieves, but now refuse to restore my items. Absolute joke of a company. Ticket #16145856

My son's account got hacked yesterday and there is no one in Roblox customer service who are replying to the emails or a real person on the phone to help with the issue or help to stop the hacker from hacking others, by obtaining privet information. it is very frustrating and disappointing because we had a builder's club subscription, spend so much money already on the game and now we can't even login into the account to cancel that because it is hacked.

I have a complaint I bought Robux I bought some clothes then a few years later when I stopped playing Roblox everything was gone my Robux was gone my clothes was gone even my account I bought bloxburg which is 25 Robux and it was gone I need a refund. One more thing it is very glitchy every time when I try to play a game I can't play it because I either got kicked out or it's too glitchy

So Roblox is basically one of the best video games ever. The content is about 98.5% appropriate for kids 10 and under. Roblox Studio is a little confusing but once you get the hang of it it becomes really easy. Far better than Fortnite will ever be because it has a lot of variety. Roblox is a really great game and when they made it for the console i loved it. I wanted to see how powerful this game is. So first I dropped it off of a building. Not a scratch. Then I ran it over with a Semi Truck. It just became stronger. This is the best game ever made. David is very smart for making this.The game tied up my kids and wife. I tried stopping it from taking over the universe but it became more powerful. I'm hiding in my basement while typing this. I need to make a good review because its the best piece of tech my eyes have seen. You win Roblox. You win.

i loved roblox until i got a email to play this game and i played it and wanted my password so i put it in and it said incorrect so i left and it went to the login and sign up menu and i went into login and i put in my username and pasword and i kept saying that it was incorrect and thats the time i realized that i got hacked so im going to call roblox and try to get my account back

The staff team don't check reports; they don't stop bot spammers (all they need is a "click the box captcha" that can detect the mouse movement).
