My son's account got hacked yesterday and there is no one in Roblox customer service who are replying to the emails or a real person on the phone to help with the issue or help to stop the hacker from hacking others, by obtaining privet information. it is very frustrating and disappointing because we had a builder's club subscription, spend so much money already on the game and now we can't even login into the account to cancel that because it is hacked.
