Terrible company, had a support staff tell me that my account wasn't compromised. Even though 5 seconds into my email I provided them with screenshots of my account being signed into from someone in a completely different state from me, changing my email, turning off 2FA, and taking everything I had on my account. They gave my account back, and banned the thieves, but now refuse to restore my items. Absolute joke of a company. Ticket #16145856
