Zero customer service. They don't respond to emails, tickets or phone calls. They even ignore you on social media. They prey on kids to get their parents to spend money and often they don't actually deposit their "robux" to the kid's accounts and if you inquire about this they just terminate your kid's accounts with no responses or interactions. Leaves kids very upset and parents without the money they spent. Avoid!

I went with my 10 year-old son on visit to Roblox HQ. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff really enjoy the children's presence, and the kids have tried games that have not been released yet. It was a great experience.

This is a review about the experience i had in roblox on my other account so I log out to make another account just in case if i get hacked or something then I try to log back in typing the pass in it would not work and i did not forget my pass so i tried again same problem then i kept trying and after 20 minutes it still does not work my dad tried the change pass thing but he could not get something he needed from it so I had to log in the other account so pls let the pass work again or give me 1,700 robux to help me on my other account i had 1,700 robux worth on my account a gamepass for an RP and some stuff from the catalog

There needs to be a contact phone number to actually be able to talk to a real person this company, not just leave messages that never get answered. I'm getting real life threats from someone impersonating me on an Alt account that they are saying is my Official Alt. I DO NOT HAVE ANY ALTS. There are two accounts impersonating me. I contacted Roblox on Sept. 11, 2017 & the first account is still there. The second account was made today, Sept. 21, 2017. I've sent an email on my original ticket number with the second account information. I also have screen shots of both of them. The fact that they let cyberbullying & harassment go on towards any player is ridiculous. I'm an adult, but it would be even worse for a child. I send proof that it's NOT me, but yet they aren't checking the IP's of the other two accounts & banning ALL accounts associated with that is craziness. PLEASE HELP YOUR PLAYERS BE SAFE AND TAKE MY REPORTS SERIOUSLY! This is supposed to be a safe platform for children & adults alike. My children & I are OBC members & we pay a lot of money monthly with 4 memberships for a safe community. PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
