This office is never any help if you have a concern. I have no problem paying the very inflated personal property tax rates but it would be nice to have recycling and a few services when you don't have kids benefiting from the school system.

There is no transparency of information between the treasurers office and any other county governing bodies, especially Roanoke county police. I recently had a dog deemed dangerous by the court system And this is my second year trying to get his dangerous dog tag and it is a joke. Between the state, the police and the treasurers office, the left hand doesn t know what the right hands doing
Every time I sell a vehicle or motorcycle, or a boat,ect. I call and report that I sold it. Then the following year I get a bill for it like I still own it. It happened again today for honestly the 4th time in 6 years. As high as Roanoke co. Taxes are you would think that the people who work there would be on top of their job. Ridiculous!
