Stopped for a meal and drink here.Very nice looking hotel with a pleasant garden area at the front with seating and tables. The hotel is facing the beach and is a short walk from the town centre. There is a children's slide/play area on the front grassed area.Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent although expect it to cost slightly more as it is hotel. Dogs are allowed in the bar side and in some rooms.
Lovely stay. Beautiful location. Staff friendly and efficient.
Had a lovely break here, had to cut it short as husband was taken ill, the owners and staff could not have been more helpful, we had a lovely big room, the dog loved the big window, side sea view, lovely food, will definitely go back hopefully for a full break next time
Delicious and very traditional Sunday roast using local meat. Well-cooked food and friendly waiting staff.
We had asked several local people where to get the best Sunday lunch in Barmouth and they all without hesitation recommended Min-y-Mor.
Lovely clean place staff faultless beds bit uncomfortable will be visiting again
Dog friendly hotel on the front at Barmouth. Lovely staff and a great breakfast. Quaint rooms, very characterful. Will certainly stay there again. Thank you.
You'll get a warm and friendly welcome, the rooms are cleaned to a very high standard, and the beer is great
Lovely and clean, great food, lovely owner. With a great location.
It overlooks the beach. Also the staff are friendly!
Beautiful location ,hotel very clean ,friendly helpful staff ,food was delicious ,would go there again .
It's not a bad place at all very spacious and great staff of course with this you are slapped with a lot more cost
lively food on the lawn in fine weather, a little gem.
Fab views over the bay. Pool for the kids provides great day!
Beds hard, prices of meals very expensive. And cant to basic maths as on check in paid the amount asked for on computer to be told on leaving still owe so much when questioned was told i was rude.
Beware - there is no Free Breakfast - you will be charged on arrival for breakfast on top of these fees.
Lovely room, excellent food, beautiful views, adjacent to beach, very friendly staff, 2 restaurants plus bar area and beer garden, dog friendly and large car park.
We've been here 6 times now and it's brilliant every time. The location couldn't be better and the curry night is great. The only thing I would say, which sounds rather fickle, but the scented toilet paper (even though it smells lovely),my partners son has very sensitive skin and eczema so this causes quite bad flare ups.
Clean and tidy, Every one friendly Good Food and reasonable prices
Lovely friendly little hotel sunday lunch was to die for was able to check in at 12.30 comfy room and bed with sea view basic but comfy well worth the money nice and clean can not fault it
We only went for a drink very pleasant book though if you want to eat
Lovely Meal - we ate here as a group of four. We all had delicious starters and I can personally recommend the humous and olives with flatbread. For mains two had steaks which were cooked well and were very juicy, and two of us had the supreme of chicken in a creamy sauce. All the meals were piping hot and very tasty, with a good selection of fresh vegetables. The service was very good and we would certainly eat here again.
Oh no curry menu but yummy duck pate followed by chilli...fab ...fun night at bistro!
Good place to drink and look at the sea . Had good food staff did their best to make us feel welcome
Close to beach. Food ok. More guest house than hotel. No shower in room. Bath only with no hose or anything. Not ideal when going to beach several times a day. Had to wait for ages in reception for help as staff were elsewhere. Stairs going in all directions and narrow with low doors. Hit my head a few times ..
We came here for two nights with our poorly dog Millie.
The place is great with fantastic staff who really made us feel welcome.
They spoilt our dog with various treats and she loved it here.
A stone s throw from the beach.
Thanks to Helen, Faith Paul.
Lovely place and staff. Barmouth is Wale's hidden gem. Go visit!
Starting to shape up nicely. Got a bit of play equipment out front, great views and the menu looks alright. Only stayed for a drink (rhubarb cider!) but will go back.
Great view nice food lovely Indian night on Friday night's good service
Great location, descent food but a bit expensive, helpful staff
Great Dog friendly Hotel, good food and right by a Dog friendly beach.
You must try this hotel for sunday lunch if your in Barmouth. Lovely friendly atmosphere.
Perfect location, friendly professional staff, superb accommodation. Dog friendly and scrumptious food. Stunning beach front garden
Nice place to go with a great view of the sea. The staff are very rude & unwelcoming though, which is a shame.
Nice staff, good size rooms and clean. excellent breakfast. Would recommend.
Great place, excellent beer garden and dog friendly
Lovely garden overlooking the sea. Clean facilities. Friendly staff.
Great location for a hotel. Sea view from our big window (paid extra for the room). And behind are the views of hills. Friendly staff and owners and good breakfast although not massive choice (which these days we've come to expect). The bar was well stocked and there's fantastic views from the outdoor seating which is almost on the beach. Also a very dog-friendly place. Parking space is free too.
A huge hotel right on the sea front with plenty of parking. The views from here are great and you only have a short walk into barmouth. They also have karaoke if u fancy it. Our bedroom was family size and had a nice view of the sea. Breakfast was good. It's also nice that they are dog friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
Been going to Barmouth since I was a child. Didn't know this existed. (Obviously never walked north down the promenade) Great pint. Didn't try any food (we had already eaten) but everywhere was spotless and what was coming out the kitchen looked really good. Will definitely be back.
I had dinner here on my cycle across Wales, staying at the nearby campsite. Best meal of the trip, curried mushy peas yum!
Popped in to inquire about staying at the hotel, staff were helpful and very friendly. Will be booking my stay shortly!!
Nice place, garden area good for a drink, plenty of parking for campers in the day on road.
This is a clean and well run establishment despite some of the exterior looking tired and unloved. Considering how busy the place was over the bank holiday weekend I can't fault it.
Met with friends for a drink .. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff
Excellent food good location to town and beach friendly staff
Lovely views from the garden nice place to el fresco food very good
Such a lovely place lovely staff and food for everyone
Great food, great service as always. We never go anywhere else
the food was excellent! it was child friendly. a nice park outside. the staff were pleasant and quick. they seemed a little thrown by a different request than on the menu but happy to oblige. 9/10 .
Very friendly staff, rooms were a bit dated needed some tlc, but great position been back a couple of times
Extremely rude staff member.
Called to enquire if there were any available rooms.
The reponse I received was No, bye. and the phone was put down. Very unprofessional and will not be booking with them in the future.
Nice view and lovely food and prefect for watching the Sun set
Very good front garden overlooking the sea. Socially distanced tables. Food basic but very tasty.
Lovely place to sit outside for food and drink, great views of beach. Food was very good and childrens meal was ample. Got family room with pool table and Xbox which wasn't working again ... wasn't working last August either!!
This is a great place to stay really friendly staff great meals they really look after you and you can take small dogs right near the beach 5mins from the town definitely would recommend
Staff very friendly. Excellent food. Rooms need a little updating but comfortable.
Spent Christmas here as a tour driver for lynns travel.. all had a great time...Family run.....great homely feeling...nothing too much trouble..great bar prices....and Barmouth ....paddling in Christmas day.... epic..... beautiful place to visit.

Very nice.but economy room.good food.some staff very pleasantcould of done with bigger room.
Great warm friendly and cosy, possibly the comfiest hotel bed EVER!!! Fantastic
Good food, comfortable rooms overlooking the sea front, and probably the best pint of abbot ale anywhere!
Busy little place, sat outside the front as it was a bit quieter.
Rooms were clean and smelt nice, good location and views, friendly staff. Had a great time
Nice sunday dinner pleasent staff dog friendly but not the one running around sniffing under the table and jumping up on our table while we were eating our dinner spoilt the meal
Good food and reasonably-priced. Nice outlook, even on a wet and windy day. Play area for the kids. Will return.
