This office is never any help if you have a concern. I have no problem paying the very inflated personal property tax rates but it would be nice to have recycling and a few services when you don't have kids benefiting from the school system.

I left my first review Years ago. Had another terrible interaction with this office. Kevin himself doesn t even have the decency to offer an apology for his beyond subpar service. Isn t he elected public official, Roanoke should seriously reevaluate that.
