Working at YRC'S all over the country. This Phoenix location is the cleanest and best kept one so far even with the dock being loaded. Just makes it hard for us and contractors with the access control entry. Having to knock on the door for someone everytime you need to get into the building
As a driver stay away got here at 23:45 on the 11th it now 14:00 on the 13 th and the trailer is still 3/4 loaded .
My order was delivered to the Phoenix station on Dec 28, 2020 They scheduled delivery on the 6th of January and they no show. Tried to call left many massages, no response. Mail box has been full for two weeks now. Called main company headquarters, basically told I was at the Phoenix terminal's mercy on when it would be delivered. Here I am the 2nd of February, still no delivery one when it would be delivered. Poor responses and bad business practice.
the delivery dates are a joke when you call about late delivery you get the run around even if its late not only will you not get notified you get the run around even if it is late you should be able to update a delivery date i will never use this company horrible expirence
Poor transit times. Poor customer service. Website tracking is a joke.
16 Days since my freight was shipped across 4 states and I still have not received it.

The team at this YRC location is always very helpful anytime we are shipping a pallet.
Use at your own risk! This was the worst experience I have ever had with a shipping company. Tracking showed 3 days. Ended up being a S*** show! Week later product held at terminal with no ETA of delivery. Customer service was rude, and misleading. Don't believe a word they say because the terminal manager overides everything said. If I could give 0 stars I would.
If you value POOR QUALITY, NON PROFESSIONAL & a NON RESPONSIVE team then YRC freight is the team for you, they are absolutely the WORST! Terrible customer service, NON RESPONSIVE every time you can count on it. My freight supposedly arrived on 3/18/2021 at the Phoenix YRC facility. I literally called 30x yesterday and left 3 voice-mails priorto the date(3/23/2021). I was assured a delivery for today 3/24/2021 just to be told that my freight has been lost! 4k worth of goods just somehow is no where to be found! I highly suggest people take their business elsewhere if possible because YRC freight is absolutely the worst in every category possible.
I had a horrible experience with this company. I paid for shipment from Dallas to Phoenix. Business to Home delivery. Right now they delayed 1 week from the estimated delivery time. It was supposed to 2 to 3 days. It has been 9 days. Now they are saying that they cannot deliver as the cargo cannot be delivered to a residential address, even with a lift gate option. Customer service agent (I believe her name was Nancy) was so rude and just repeating. Sorry, we cannot help you and you need to find your own solution. I don't know what to do now. Do they not feel accountable and responsible? They have my money and cargo. I don't know how to fight this situation.
An update to my shipment. After probably 20 phone calls, I was able to get a quote to re-route the shipment. I moved it to a warehouse next door to where the YRC Freight was. They charged a staggering $690. The cost from Dallas to Phoenix including pick up and drop off was $800. Change to the destination (new is 1 mile vs old was 25 miles) is $690 more. You can figure if you want to continue using YRC.
Absolutely terrible horrible Cusromer service I paid $200 for shipping they have held my table in phx for TWO weeks and have not reponded to any messages or called to schedule deliver yuh so not recommend . This is who wal mart uses for their third party delivery DO NOT DO WAL MART THIRD PARTY . This company is terrible and you will not be able to get ahold of them !
