I've held an account at Videcon for awhile now and can't fault the product, service and tech support I had received over the last few months. If you're looking for a company which are always happy to help then I'd definitely give Videcon a call.
Needed technical support for AHD DVR, WAS NOT VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE ATITUIDE FROM RICH on teechnical support. Who gave no aid to my situation, when I requested to speak to another technician he decided to hang up abruptly. I Would strongly not recommend this company as the aftercare is awful and did not action anything when I wanted to put a complaint in.
ZERO customer service, Do NOT recommend even to my worse enemy!
I think it was a mistake we ever bought any Videocon hardware. Their technical AND sales team both refused to deal with us directly and referred me back to the original installer. I wish we had chosen one of the many other available solutions, it feels like we totally wasted the money.

Unlike the one star review from Mary my experience has only been very good. I have never had a pushy sales people. In fact I contact them not the other way round. The terms and conditions are fairly standard in the industry. The warranty is longer than any other manufacturer. I have used them for 8 plus years and only returned one camera. Sorry you felt like that. I happen to think they are a very good company, happy to help when needed.
