I owe these people cookies! They showed me a lot of rentals (unfortunately I can t buy due to starting my own business recently). They found me a great place, in my price range, and were kind and courteous with me. I was a bit demanding, (polite but pushy) and they worked hard to get me a great place. I would highly recommend using this business.
Lazy, unresponsive & unprofessional. They do favors for friends over helping people find housing. They should be giving 100% into their job but all I got was the bare minimum.
totally unorganized.. talking to 4 people for one rental application and they don't communicate with each other.
Friendly and knowledge staff. They were very helpful and fast with escrow on their part. Ana and Jeff made the environment easy going yet professional and safe.

For there reply: some people like us that are in the military still have hope in believing peoples "word" but you are the kind of business that ruins that. That's what builds trust in someone's company but you dont care you wont fight for the people that rent with you or buy just the people that own the property just to keep there business.
I have to continuously call to get something fixed at my house and it's annoying my swamp has broke numerous times and I call and call and they tell me one thing but it never happens I have a 11 month old crying and crying cause how hot it is this is sad last time it was the pump which I paid for a replaced myself and they didn't even care or ask to refund me the money now my belt is completely broke in half and someone was suppose to show up three hours ago ! I also want a refund on my pump and the belt I had to buy !
They are initially welcoming and supportive, but as time went on in the 3 years of renting, they began allowing the owner to harass us as renters as well as charge us close to $4000 upon move out for home updates that the owner wanted, opposed to what was necessary. They are unethical and Illegal in practice. The owner of the property that I was renting also worked at Coldwell banker, a conflict of interest at best. I requested records and documents from Coldwell, in which they "didnt have" or couldnt provide. We got an attorney and are suing Coldwell and the owner for unfair treatment and unethical charges sent to collections. My advice, Go somewhere else, and STAY CLEAR OF 58830 NAVAJO TRL.. The owner will attempt to scheme you and harass you. TAKE PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING, and keep your own records of EVERY single contact made with anyone regarding the property.
For the most part everything was okay. The place is not perfect the people there are not perfect. They tend not to always call back or take a long time but not too much to complain about compared to the competition it wasn't really that bad.
Serena and Erika are amazing. They are responsive, hard working, and we got an offer at asking price within a day of listing. Couldn't be happier that we chose them.
Late review. They helped me find a good place when I needed it on very short notice. They had flexible schedules and showed me multiple places. I needed to be moved in pretty quick and they were able to work around that and help me out. Been recommending them to others moving in the area.
Compared to other realtors in the area they were the most professional and were proactive.

Left half a dozen messages over 2 days for the listing agent asking for info and to arrange a property viewing on the following Friday if possible. The agent never replied so was obviously not interested in helping me in a timely manner. I finally reached him when he answered his phone and I asked him if he were interested in helping. Clearly he was not. His reply: "yeah, yeah, what do you want to know". My business goes elsewhere.
Update: I was able to purchase a home with a Redfin agent who was very helpful. Helpful hints: If an agent is anything short of 100% helpful, go somewhere else!
I searched for homes for sale in Yucca Valley and found Coldwell Banker Roadrunner Realtys website which I was very pleased to find! The listings for homes was great to do some preliminary research and the real estate agents there are nice and professional.
If possible, avoid this place. You ve been warned!!
After inquiring thru at least 5 different property management companies in the area, the folks at coldwell banker really helped make the process simple. Couldn't be happier in our new home!

I ve been working with them for a few months now. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I am a home owner and they had no issues finding a tenant for my home. Lizette is friendly, courteous, and cares for what she does. She always keeps an open line of communication when it comes to my property.
